The best experience I had booking a flight a car rental Disney resort hotel a scooter magic bands etc Lucy did it all I want to recommend her to everybody. Every time I called I got an answer if I left a message she called back within 10 minutes again the service was exceptional

I have utilized the services of Lucy Reese on several trips to which all have been well planned in detail and executed in a timely and professional manner. On one such trip there was a miscommunication by the tour contractor that resulted in the pick-up service not being able to locate me at the airport. I notified Lucy of this situation, and she immediately was able to contact the company and arrange for a pick-up. I also appreciate her electronic reminders on items that require my follow-up. In essence, I greatly value her expertise on my behalf, and I look forward to her continued assistance.

Best and the first experience on a Cruise

The Cruise was fantastic, from the entertainment, food buffet and restaurants.

Saved our trip

Lucy did a great job planning and coordinating our travel, and then following up with us through the global glitch and even through our return home. Her assistance with international travel for our group of 15 was invaluable. Both she and James from the flight desk were thoughtful and responsive. Their prompt actions and travel expertise salvaged a trip that could’ve been a disaster, and we ended up having a great time instead. Thank you to both Lucy and James!

Disney Cruise and Universal Studio

Lucy was amazing! I’m a horrible planner and she made it all so easy. When we began planning, she went out of her way to help us explore different options for our family vacation. Once we decided on our trip (which involved coordination of a cruise and a visit to a park), she helped to think of all of the details to make it special. When we had a last minute panic moment (I forgot the luggage tags!), she was extremely responsive and helpful. We are already thinking about our next vacation and I will definitely be reaching out to Lucy!
