Hi! I’m Jennifer, the owner of Sweetbay Travel Concierge, and specialist with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences for families looking to get away from their everyday lives and make unforgettable memories. I started my journey as a travel agent in 2019 driven by my passion for travel and desire to help others experience the world, and have since gained recognition for my expertise in family destinations, such as Disney Destinations, Universal Parks and resorts, and all-inclusive resorts.

As a mother of 3, I understand that planning a family vacation can be overwhelming, and my goal is to take the stress out of the planning process, and provide a vacation tailored to your needs. I am here for my clients from start to finish, ensuring that every detail is taken care of and providing support in case of any emergencies.

One of my passions is exploring the Caribbean, and I travel extensively to Jamaica, Mexico, and Turks and Caicos to stay up to date on the latest family-friendly resorts and activities. I believe that experiencing a destination firsthand is essential in creating the perfect vacation for my clients so I travel once a month to showcase these destinations to my clients and to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry.

In addition to my expertise in family travel, I am also an expert on gluten-free travel. I have lived a gluten-free and MSG-free lifestyle since 2012, and I understand the challenges that come with finding safe and delicious options while traveling. I make it my mission to help my clients with dietary restrictions find the best options at their destination, ensuring they can enjoy their vacation without worrying about their dietary needs.
