Last Minute Disney Trip for a Newbie

Wanted a last minute family trip to Disney and was given Kelly's name to help. Had absolutely no clue the amount of planning and "things to know" needed for Disney. Kelly provided everything I needed to know to have a spectacular 3 days in the parks. Disney has made so many changes over the past couple of years which has made things a little confusing for those of us who have not been in a few years.
