Couple things first: We have traveled for many years to far away places. Mostly, we planned these trips ourselves, but with Covid, the air traffic congestion and complexity of international rules, we've found working with Abby Patterson to be the absolute best addition to our planning. Abby knows the industry, pays attention to the details, and helps us make decisions to avoid "unintended consequences". What she really is, is a personal concierge for our travel. That's really hard to find and she's a gem! What I really like about Abby is her attitude. She's always available answering our calls immediately, or returns our calls promptly, and answers texts within minutes. She's even gone so far as to making personalized reservations 6 time zones ahead, requiring a 2 am call to the vendor!! We've suggested her concierge services to many friends who travel both domestically and internationally and are so gratified when they tell us how truly happy they've finally found somene who genuinely cares about their individual needs with grace, humor and an eagerness to succeed. That's the best anyone can say - she enhances our friends trips and we know they'll be completely satisfied. Lastly, Abby sets goals for our experiences and then exceeds them! We simply could not ask for a better "partner" who treats her clients as well or better than she would her own family.

Abby did a great job! She arranged the private transport to the airport that saved us the hassle of parking or using a uber. I appreciated her expertise on booking flights, getting safe and reliable transportation again in Mexico, and in picking a wonderful all -inclusive hotel (UNICO.) I was lucky to have her assistance when American Airlines was having a glitch in their system worldwide and again when the hotel had made a clerical booking error- Abby was able to get every sorted out in lightening speed. I'm SO thankful I wasn't on my own to try and resolve those issues. I would highly recommend using her!
