We had been saving Disney points for 6 years and when it was time to plan, a mutual friend suggested I call Shannon. In planning my first cruise, I asked Shannon for her recommendation on a cruise line. Disney was her suggestion. Luckily, Disne was available from Galveston at the time and it turned out to be a great experience. Working with Shannon for our cruise was great. She knows all the ins and outs of planning and booking. She had a company that she recommended for vacation insurance. We reviewed the quote and the prices were very reasonable compared to others that we have seen. We went with several family members including our daughter. We booked our daughter in a room with her cousins. We were concerned because that room was not under our name. Shannon explained that she could connect us with all our family members with the booking numbers. This allowed us to have access to our daughter to book excursions even though the room was not in our name. Once we were booked, Shannon sent us emails with suggestions and links for excursions. Shannon is deadly accurate. she set up everything perfectly and had excellent suggests when alternatives were requested. she was available during the trip to answer questions (as in she didn't disappear after we paid her). my only excerption to saying it was a flawless job is she suggested we don't rent a car (to save money). I wish I had a car (not for park to park movement) for just to get offsite. I felt a little claustrophobia setting in, but that is a personal issue.

Having never been to Disney World it seemed like a whole different world with a new language and so many divergent things that I did know where to start! Luckily my husband had a friend at work that had recently gone and Shannon @ Happily Ever After Travel had helped set up his family's vacation. She has also let us know about all the things to do on board. She also made sure that we knew about the Fish Exchange Gift Exchange that they have on board. She has been able to answer any question that I have had about our Disney Cruise and we have already been on 2 Disney Cruises and 5 other cruises. She also priced several different weeks for us and helped us pick the perfect week for us as well.

We have used her for 3 family vacations and she is fantastic. For my family, traveling from California to Florida, I am unsure of where to stay and how to get transportation from airport to hotel, hotel to our cruise ship, and everything in between. Shannon is wonderful because when she recommends hotels and transportation, she knows first-hand which chains to use because she has either experienced it herself, or has first-hand information of how her client's experience was.
