Stacy worked a trip for our group that were in different states. She worked her magic! Our room was perfectly placed for easy access to the activities on the ship! She gave great cruise tips and sent us reminders for things! Coolest experience ever!

Stacy planned a quick anniversary getaway before the Christmas holiday. Travel was so smooth and recommended activities/food/shopping were 5star! :) We did a tiki dolphin sunset boat ride, explored several stops in Destin, ate amazing food and had a lot of fun shopping at the cute outlet mall and shopping centers. Excellent trip…as always! This was a last minute and low budget trip. She still managed to plan such a quality get away for us!

One word...... AMAZING. Stacy was absolutely amazing and was a pleasure to work with. We ran the risk of missing our connecting flights not once but twice. Before our plane landed, we had messages from Stacy figuring out our next steps. Her doing all this for us, helped us optimize all of our time at the theme parks during one of the busiest times of the year. But Stacy's help doesn't end here. She monitored flights and other necessary arrangements during our stay so we would have an easy transition home. We sadly had an illness during our vacation, and Stacy was just a text / phone call away every step of the way to help coordinate travel requirements, insurance, next steps, etc. We definitely felt like we had an alley with us on our trip! It was very comforting to know that she was monitoring for any hiccups during your travel and planned for any foreseen problems. She even pre-booked a car rental for our son and wife and re-booked their flight while they were in the air thus ensuring they arrived home and did not have to deal with the airline. Very impressed.

I also really appreciate that she is in contact with me/her clients the days before to go over important details and on the day of travel to insure we got to and from our resorts. If there were any flight changes, I often was informed by her before I ever noticed on my flight apps. In addition, during Covid she was incredibly resourceful on all of the guidelines/requirement to travel during that time. She is just overall exceptional and definitely goes far above the calling of travel agent for her people!
