Having Michael Haven of Wynn-Haven Travel plan our vacation was excellent. Mike planned our trip from start to finish with ease and enjoyment. Pre-cruise destination in Amsterdam was exciting and well planned, with fun and educational tours. Cruise to the fiords of Norway and the Shetland Islands of Scotland were absolutely amazing. Will definitely be using Wynn-Haven Travel for future adventures.

Our trip to Norway was with a group of 30, for whom Mike made all of the arrangements for the 9 days. Since he is a detail-oriented person, we had no worries, and any issues that arose (a late bus from Amsterdam!) he handled quickly and efficiently. His connections to people at our destinations have been excellent, making our trips stress-free. Mike is the ultimate in positivity and is so much fun with whom to travel! We were all well-informed of travel plans, schedules, locations, options, of what to be aware, and perks. Michael has planned several trips for us. He spends time speaking with you to see exactly what you are looking for. He plans the trip based on your wants and needs. He is thorough, taking care of every last detail. He keeps in contact with reminders, updates, and even an occasional zoom. He even texted us just as we sat in our seats prior to take off, telling us to have a great time and reminding us to contact him with concerns.

From beginning to end, Mike took care of us and gave us a wonderful experience. He communicates well and kept us informed of everything. He planned an excellent trip, and the whole crew of us loved it.
