I felt like I was in over my head when the thought of cruising came up in our household. What ports would we want to see first? What cruise line would we try first? In a matter of just a few short discussions, we were set for a Western Caribbean adventure on the Disney Cruise line! And oh did it deliver! As first time cruisers with kids in the 8 to 11 range, and ship amenities matched our needs perfectly. We found that we enjoyed days at sea just as much as port days. And the service aboard Disney? Top notch. Both our kids are are very good eaters, so the meals were fantastic! Always something new (or a refined classic) for us to enjoy. Brittany also helped us to find a cruise line with incredible evening shows! Disney knows how to entertain! All in all, this first cruise has begun a lifetime commitment in finding joy in cruising.
