Kristin was nothing less than professional and knowledgeable! We told her our budget and preferences and she gave us options to choose from. From the moment we started working with her to the time we landed back from our vacation we were spoiled and completely taken care of. Every detail was handled perfectly. To have a group as large as ours (12+) and have NOTHING go wrong was a miracle. We are using her again for our next trip and I will ALWAYS recommend her and Tropical Travel!!

Best Agent Ever!

Kristin is extremely knowledgeable regarding different types of vacations. She is not all about getting your money, as she truly wants to get you the best package and experience. She is also not afraid to tell you small details about the culture and way of life in the country you are travelling to. For instance, she made sure I knew about the currency exchange rates and how best to go about getting money in Ireland. I would have wasted money if I would have gone over there without that knowledge. You can also reach Kristin in a timely manner, if needed in case something goes wrong while you are on your trip. If need be, she will work to make the error right as well. All in all, she is the best agent I have worked with and I will be using her in the future for all of my travel needs!
