Tiffany is very professional. She helped us retrieve our refunds from a very expensive European vacation that was canceled due to the pandemic. I got every penny back except for the travel insurance which is valid for any trip similar in the future. Tiffany also assisted my family on a large group cruise when original members could not go and others took their place. Quality is what you can expect from Tiffany.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Tiffany worked hard to find us an all-inclusive trip to Cancun. She was extremely thorough, gave us all the information needed for the trip and then some. I lost our confirmation of the trip and she took care of it in a matter of minutes. She got us exactly what we were looking for in every detail. She obviously listened very well.
