Cindy was so easy to work with. She was very responsive from our very first phone call and throughout the planning process. She had great advice and recommendations based on personal experience at Aulani which was helpful as I planned our family's vacation. Highly recommend Cindy!

From the beginning all the way to the very end of us coming home from our trip, Cindy was amazing! She constantly checked in with me from the moment I had my initial phone call with her about my ideas and things we wanted to do. She immediately got me information for the parks, hotels, tickets and everything else in between. All the information I needed for the trip was sent to me by email and by mail so I could have multiple copies. We have been to Disney before but this was by far the best trip due to Cindy taking care of all the big things for me. She was on top of getting reservations done and sent me over lists of different places to try as well as information on the rides so I would know ahead of time if my son would be able to ride. Cindy was an absolute joy to work with in planning our daughter's graduation vacation. We decided on a Mediterranean cruise on Celebrity Constellation. It was a 10 night best of Italy & Croatia. Cindy booked our cruise more than one year in advance and kept me on schedule with payments and updates. She was so helpful in researching flights for us as well, since I decided not to book flights through the cruise line. We wanted to visit Barcelona before our cruise and Venice at the end. I would have never been able to navigate this without her assistance and guidance. She also found us some spectacular hotels for our stay in Barcelona and Rome! Cindy was always very attentive to any and all of my questions and was booking us excursions up until a week before our departure. She provided us with an itinerary and our luggage tags which made my life so much easier. This was not the first time Cindy has assisted us with planning our family vacation and also will not be the last!
