Down Under in Australia

Sydney is known as the Harbour City. It's the largest, oldest and most cosmopolitan city in Australia. Brimming with history, culture, nature, art, fashion, design, and cuisine, Sydney's set next to miles of ocean coastline and sandy surf beaches. Make sure you visit the Opera House, and the Harbour Bridge. The Bridge Climb is an incredible experience! Take a day trip to the Blue Mountains, a rugged region west of Sydney. The dramatic scenery, steep cliffs, eucalyptus forests, waterfalls and villages make this excursion worth the trip! Travel up the Gold Coast (which is a beautiful drive) to Brisbane. Continue along the Coast up to Port Douglas which is near Cairns. Here you can stay in the Thala Beach Resort, set on a private stretch of beach in the rainforest and great access to the Great Barrier Reef. Snorkel, swim and dive in the infamous Great Barrier Reef, truly a once in a lifetime experience. Or perhaps travel the other direction down to Melbourne, another fabulous area of Australia. Here you can take a drive on the Great Ocean Road, visit Yarra Valley and sip some wine or ride the famous Colonial Tramcar. Or take a waddle on the wild side and see the Penguin Parade on Phillip Island, only 90 minutes from Melbourne I have had the unique opportunity to travel to Australia, and absolutely loved it. When traveling that far overseas, I wanted to see as much of the country as possible. You can quickly realize that with the sheer size of Australia, you simply cannot see it all in one trip.
