Booked 2 vacations thru Lisa. The first we had to cancel due to COVID. Getting our refund was as simple as sending an email to her. We just got back from Secrets Akumal that Lisa recommend and booked for us. Everything was smooth and we had an amazing trip. Communication is fast as she is very responsive to emails. She also got us a great price. 5 stars!

Lisa was so accommodating with every need. We had a change in party total number to dietary questions! One of the best parts of our arrival was our private transfer to our hotel. Many others had to wait in line but we headed straight away towards paradise for a week!!

Our trip to Edinburgh and Dublin was amazing. We had the best experience and didn’t encounter a single issue. Both hotels were fabulous. Lisa was recommended to us by our neighbor who has used her services. We had never used a travel agent and thought it would be so much more expensive. Not only did she find us better pricing for our trip to Great Britain, but also upgraded our hotel room and transportation for us at no additional cost.
We ran into a problem with our flights and she helped us navigate the process of getting them rebooked.

Punts Mira paradise

We’ve worked with Lisa many times. She always provides excellent service. We had no destination in mind and within hours we had several options. Her recommended resort was beautiful, friendly, clean with good food and drinks. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was one of the best pools we’ve seen. She also recommended an intimate whale watching excursion which turned into an amazing closeup view of the whales. Lisa Pease goes above and beyond in vacation planning!

Just recently we had a family group of 15 going to Aruba. One day before leaving, one of the 15 had to have emergency surgery and cancel. Leaving only 13 to go. Lisa was so amazingly helpful and prompt. Making a very stressful and sad situation a little better. We also asked her for info on getting a private Catamaran, she steered us in the right direct, getting cost and contact info for us. I will definitely be working with Lisa for all my future travel plans, as have many of our group has stated. She is extremely knowable.
