Mona was very attentive to our needs. Our family got sick on our trip and had to miss our flight. Mona called and checked on us every step of the way. She made all the arrangements so we didn't have to worry about anything but getting better. Not worrying about accomodations and flights was such a stress relief. Not to mention the whole planning of the trip was not a concern for us at all. Great service.
