An unforgettable family trip

I can't say enough things about how easy it was to work with Jeremy. We have a family of 5, so finding an affordable vacation can be tricky. We gave him our parameters and he worked relentlessly to find us exactly what we were looking for. After we chose our trip, he even circled back around and found us a way to save us an additional $100.
I can honestly say this was the most fun we've ever had on a vacation and it was great having Jeremy checking in with us before we left making sure we had received our passports, had we heard from our ground transportion, etc. He wanted to be sure that every detail of our trip was covered so that when the time came to travel, it was a seamless experience. If we're planning any kind of a big family vacation from now on, we'll be using Jeremy's services every time.

Magical Vacation

If your looking for a travel agent,
, Jeremy Jenkins is the man for the job. I couldn't of even come close to planning out my trip to Universal studios and Disney world the way he done it. Even after booking my trip with non refundable tickets I wanted to change my park dates and where I was staying instead of telling me there's nothing that can be done he spent hours on the phone using his magic to get everything done the way I wanted. He's already got his commission but has sent me several emails with places to eat, how to plan my day. , Texts wanting to know about my trip and if he can help with anything. He's still working on my trip by getting up early this Wednesday to try to get me on a certain ride at Hollywood studios. I know he's not getting anything extra for doing what he's done after booking the trip. You will not find a travel agent that will put in more effort than Jeremy . Your enjoyment is by far the #1 priority on his list

Our Honeymoon

Okay. So here's the tea. I was nervous about leaving the country in general as it was my first time leaving the states, unlike my husband. Still, Jeremy made us VERY comfortable about our decision to travel abroad. He gave us various options for locations to travel to and curated a list of options to find a great resort within our budget. Jeremy was patient with us in making our decision. Once we decided to go to Sun Palace, he answered our questions thoroughly about excursions, Covid testing, and the restaurants available. When he booked our rooms, he asked the resort to give us an upgraded room if possible, and they did! We had the best room ever! He's even visited the resort and sent us pictures. Jeremy checked on us while we were there! Our experience at our first all-inclusive resort was one to remember, and I know this trip wouldn't have been as peaceful if it weren't for Jeremy taking on all the hard work in planning our honeymoon.

Honeymoon Perfection!

Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable and put my wife and I into a perfect resort for our honeymoon in Cancun, at Sun Palace Resorts, while staying under my budget! He made sure that everything was arranged and taken care of and answered all of our questions in great detail! He followed up with us to make sure everything was going as planned. It was. It was more than what I ever dreamed; From the airlines, to check in, covid testing for our return, no unexpected out of pocket payments, perfect all inclusive resort, return travel, etc. I'll never plan my own vacation abroad again. Haha. He is much better at it and extremely easy to communicate with. I really rested assured knowing that all I had to do was exactly what he recommended, and everything would work out perfect. I typically don't write reviews, but I really hope others read this and use Jeremy for their trips, because you absolutely will be glad you did.

I cannot recommend Jeremy Jenkins enough! Planning a family vacation on a brand-new ship like the Disney Destiny felt overwhelming, but Jeremy made it seamless. He didn't just help us pick the ship; he expertly recommended the exact location and class of staterooms to suit our family dynamics, which made all the difference for our trip!
What truly set him apart was his incredible patience. I repeatedly asked the same questions over several months, yet he never once made me feel like I was bugging him. He gave me invaluable tips for snagging a coveted Royal Gathering reservation, and when I personally messed up the guest count, he immediately stepped in to tell me exactly how to resolve it. We had an amazing trip to Disney thanks to Jeremy and his Disney planning skills! Not only did we get a great price in an amazing resort, but, he also helped with the little things like planning out which rides to do as “early entry,” which to lightning lane, how to get the most out of our day! Thanks to his advice the guys got to ride Gaurdians of the galaxy first thing when it opened before it shut down just an hour later! If you’re planning a trip - don't plan it without him!

1st Family Disney World Trip!

A friend recommended Jeremy after learning we were planning our first family trip to Disney World. We were so overwhelmed trying to navigate everything on our own!
Jeremy was an amazing agent. The trip was a surprise for our kids, and he was always willing to jump on a call with us after bedtime and was super responsive to emails and texts.
Leading up to the trip, he walked us through the Disney app, made sure we knew how to navigate the Lightning Lane system, and helped up plan our itinerary for all 4 parks.
Once we arrived, he checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly.

Best Anniversary Trip

First Disney Cruise!

I reached out to Jeremy 13 months ago and said, “when should I start planning a Disney Cruise for February 2025?” He said, “now!” If he had not helped us, we probably would not have had the experience we did because we were able to start planning so early with him! Everything about our trip was perfect, from the transportation plans to the cruise itself. Jeremy reached out a couple days prior to our vacation to make sure we were all set to go and asked if we had questions (which I always do!) He also reached out while were on the ship to see how things were going. He’s very hands on and tried to make sure we were taken care of the whole journey. We loved our cruise!

Jeremy was a huge help to us in planning our Disney vacation. Our family of 6 adults & 4 children wanted to go to Disney World for Christmas and none of us had been in several years. My husband and I were making all the arrangements, and I didn't know where to start. That's where Jeremy came in. He recommended a great on site property for us, gave great recommendations for meals & activities and made all the reservations we requested. I have to laugh/cringe thinking of my first email "must haves" vs where we actually ended up (ex: NO animal kingdom vs...ended up at animal kingdom and loved it). Let me tell you, the attention to detail that Jeremy paid to make sure everything was perfect, well was above and beyond. Every dining reservation, secured and the times we wanted. His communication to make sure our VIP tour guide had our agenda, they nailed everything we wanted to do. 15 rides, 3 parks in 8 hours! My Disneyland trip took a lot of twists and turns between the booking and actual destination date. Jeremy was great with everything along the way. He made the changes needed, answered 6.8 million texts, emails and phone calls. He was timely and showed no frustration in his responses which was very nice. He even sat on hold with Disney for like three hours to resolve an issue for us. All at no additional charge over what booking directly through Disneyland would have been.

First family cruise!!

This is our third time working with Jeremy and it just keeps getting better. We opted for a family cruise and Jeremy was instrumental in making sure we got everything we needed. As a long time Disney family, I’ve always been the one to plan our vacations. As much as I love the planning process, it’s super stressful managing dining, shows, tours and even grabbing a decent que for certain rides. I turned to Jeremy this time and my goodness, I wish I would of have been using him years ago. He landed Brown Derby, San Angel Inn and Yak and Yeti, all places we wanted to eat. Smoothest, easiest and best trip

Jeremy was amazing. This was our third Disney trip, but the first time we’d had Jeremy for our planner. He listened to what we wanted and gave us three package options from which to choose. He really listened to what we wanted and made it happen! He communicated with our resort about wanting cabins next to each other so our traveling party could be together the whole time. He offered advice prior to and during the trip about how to use Genie Plus, the new way to book rides. We had so many questions and he was always prompt in his responses to us. Overall, this was the easiest trip we’ve ever experienced thanks to Jermey’s expertise and attentiveness!

First trip to Disney in the books!

Jeremy knocked our first Disney trip out of the park! I am very much a planner and love booking trips, but Disney made me nervous and I wanted to leave it to an expert. So glad we made the decision to book with Jeremy. From park recommendations, lodging advice, stroller rental, and food advice, he did it all! It was so nice being able to relax and enjoy every minute of the trip knowing he was just a quick phone call away if we ran into any issues or had any questions. We will definitely use Jeremy again when we are ready to book our next trip!

Amazing Trip to Disney All Because of Jeremy!

I had actually been working with a different travel agent that I went to college with. It was taking her weeks at a time to get back to me and we were anxious to book our Disney Trip. I started looking for others abs found Jeremy. He was thorough, didn’t leave me hanging for weeks at a time, and was a pleasure to work with.
