My name is Shannon Santos and I have been a Travel Agent since 2015. My husband, Bob, recently joined my team so that we can give our clients twice the service, knowledge and personal experience! Our specialities include Disney Destinations, Universal Orlando, Cruises, and All Inclusives, but have knowledge in many other locations and can help with anywhere you want to go!
Traveling is our favorite thing to do together and we can't wait to take our newborn daughter with us on our adventures! We love visiting Walt Disney World, Universal, and Sandals Resorts together. I can't wait to take Bob to Disneyland Resort in California and Paris someday as they are two of my favorite places as well! We've done a few cruises together and visited places like Honduras, Mexico, Belize, St. Thomas and the Bahamas. Although we've booked our clients to St. Lucia and Antigua, we haven't traveled there ourselves and it is on the top of our bucket list!

Shannon is the best. We have worked with her to plan 2 Disney World trips and they could not have ben better. On both occasions we gave her a long list of everything we wanted to do and all of the restaurants where we would like to have reservations... not only did she work her magic and get us every one of them... she continued worki g even through the first two days of our trip to make the final reservations she was unplugged able to make.. amd find a better time for one meal. Can't say enough good things about her and how much she did to make our trips perfect.

Shannon was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She was able to explain the different promotions that the cruise line was offering, so that we could choose the right deal for our family. Shannon responded to our emails quickly and answered all our questions. Our group included our 22 month old granddaughter, Shannon has cruised with her daughter and provided us with tips and suggestions to make our cruise more enjoyable. From reservation and room selection to excursion choices Shannon helped us have smooth sailing on Allure of the Seas.

A trip of a lifetime

My husband and I took our children, their spouses and their children to Walt Disney World to celebrate our 50th anniversary. I was excited by the idea, but overwhelmed by the many details. Shannon was a wonderful help. I particularly appreciated her help in getting all of the park tickets, as there were a lot of different dates involved. (The three families all had different arrivals and departures.) The 15 of us had a truly wonderful time and I can thank Shannon for that. It was lovely to work with her. I recommend her highly.

Fun Cruise

Shannon scheduled our cruise and was very thorough in answering our many questions!! She was patient and always available. Due to weather conditions and time changes, Shannon kept in contact with us and kept us updated when the cruise line changed our boarding times. She was super helpful and we will definitely have her book our next trip!
