Kristi continuously works hard to gain knowledge about individual events, dining, hotels, etc. in order to make everyone’s experiences the best they can possibly be! Thanks to Kristi, I don’t have to sit on the phone for hours when a discount comes out… She just applies it for us. Working with Kristi was the best decision we made! She truly made the incredibly overwhelming experience of planning a Disney trip so easy. From helping us narrow down the resorts to deciding which parks to go to and getting us all of the dining reservations we wanted, she was truly a life saver! She is SO knowledgeable. She helped clarify the confusing mess of Lightning Lanes, helped us with the details like transportation and just overall answered every single question I sent to her! When you spend that much money on a trip, you want to make it the best experience possible and with Kristi, it was! Kristi Hogan was an excellent travel agent for our family of four. Our boys are 9 and 11 years old, and my husband was sort of a 'Disney skeptic' prior to the trip. Upon returning from our trip, my 'skeptic husband' has stated a few times now that he can't wait to go back. Kristi was beyond helpful when giving us the best advice for how to maximize the fun on our vacation. She provided us with a detailed packet about the resort, about the Genie+ and Lightning Lane options and even gave us a suggested plan for how to structure each day of our trip. Her packet included suggestions for restaurants and snacks, listed times of firework and evening shows, and even outlined the transportation options to and from the airport and to and from the resorts. Whenever I had questions about the logistics of 'all things Disney', she was quick to respond and her answers were thorough. I highly recommend Kristi, and I already have to a number of my friends. Kristi was awesome from start to finish with planning our Disney vacation. We surprised our adult children & their families with a trip to Disney World. Ten adults and two small children. Kristie helped us find the best option and price for our family needs with a resort hotel, she even took care of all the add ons and changes we made along the way. Kristi set us up with tickets for the parks and any extras we wanted. Kristi is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the Disney Parks. She had a lot of tips to share about maneuvering the parks with small children and large groups. How to get the reservations we wanted for character meals and other restaurants. She was able to answer any questions or connect us with someone who could. In the end, we all had an amazing time and would recommend Kristi to anyone wanting to plan a Disney vacation.

Kristi helped us book a family trip to Disney. She is an experienced Disney World traveler and was extremely knowledgeable about the parks. Kristi helped us plan every detail - from picking the resort to our day-to-day activities.
