As a first time Disney go-er with 3 kids, I was very overwhelmed with the logistics of planning my trip but Ashley helped immensely with taking the stress away and making it all feel simple and organized! She is extremely knowledgeable and was always so quick to respond to my emails. Throughout the process, she sent reminders about next steps along with guides for making the most out of our trip. Ashley was also able to secure a character breakfast, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and all reservations exactly when we wanted them, which made the trip extra special and memorable! On top of that, our room location was perfect - so convenient to the pool, dining, the skyliner and bus stop which made everything even easier! Our trip went so smoothly and we were able to do everything we had hoped for! I would absolutely recommend Ashley to anyone planning a Disney trip!

Ashley was SO responsive throughout and answered all of my questions promptly. She also spent almost an hour with me on the phone and couple weeks before my trip and this was so helpful in planning out rides, last minute food, transportation etc. for every park. I would not have been prepared had it not been for Ashley. She was amazing and we had the best week at Disney!

Ashley was so helpful from start to finish. We are first time cruisers so we needed to learn about all of those things, and understanding all the various potential ports of call and deciding on the right cruise for our family was important as well. Nothing took us by surprise at any point during our vacation because she prepared us well for it all. In addition, their YouTube videos of their own Alaska adventures were very helpful. On the final day of our cruise, I took out my notes from our very first conversation, including the quotes and details from the 3 potential cruises we were choosing from. We agreed wholeheartedly that we chose wisely, largely because she provided such quality guidance from the start. We also chose great excursions based on her descriptions of each port. I have already recommended Paul & Ashley on my private Facebook page, and will definitely turn to them in the future if we need help planning a big vacation.

We recommend Ashley hands down! She helped us book our first cruise (Mediterranean) and she walked us through with such great detail. It was a hair-pulling experience, until Ashley came to our rescue. We were trying to navigate the online booking process for a dream vacation to Disney World. Our expectations from their phone "support" proved to be anything but a "magical day". Then Ashley stepped in. Not only did she save our vacation, but she also made it happen.

Ashley was amazing to work with. My experience working with Ashley was phenomenal. Ashley was a true professional, responded timely to all of my emails/messages, provided plans for each park, and even answered messages while I was actually on the vacation!
Ashley spent a good amount of time on phone calls with me as well. She never rushed me off the phone and was very patient with me during all of my concerns/worries about the trip. I also really appreciated that Ashley shared what she personally does with her family with me. She was completely honest and I felt prepared going into the trip. I knew Ashley was a perfect fit for planning our Disney Vacation from the minute I submitted my initial inquiry. She responded within minutes, and those quick responses continued throughout the entire planning process. She eased any worry, planned all our dining reservations, and helped us with tips and tricks for the new Genie+ system. Before leaving for our trip my son was injured, and she immediately hopped on a call with me to explain the DAS pass. My daughter is very afraid of Fireworks, and I had asked if we could submit a room request that allowed us a view of them from our hotel balcony. Not only was the request honored, but the room and view were literally something out of my dreams. Ashley truly cares about each travelers experience right down to the intricate details.
