We are so appreciative of the guidance and assistance that Nikki provided for our Alaskan family cruise. She was so accommodating with our requests and helped us with adding on additional family members to our reservation. We had extremely smooth travel days and a wonderful time on our cruise.

Transfers to and from the airport and ship were excellent. The ship was great, service good, food good. We have been to Alaska before so saw a lot of the same things. We did see whales and some sea otters. The only drawback of the trip was the Seattle airport and if was probably the worst most disorganized airport I have ever been to. Other than that the trip was great.

Nikki was phenomenal planning a cruise for me and my 2 teenagers! She answered my endless questions with patience and excitement. You can tell she loves for people to enjoy their trips! She checked in before and after our cruise. She also responded when one of our suitcases didn’t show up in our room by evening on the first day. She calmly suggested we go to guest services because the tag could have gotten torn off- sure enough it was there! I am already planning to reach out to Nikki for another cruise quote/booking soon!

Wow, our trip to Big Sky Montana was amazing thanks to the planning from Nikki. She recommended Big Sky when I told her I wanted to go out west for a summer family trip. She literally takes care of everything, the room, the rental car, dinner reservations and the excursions. Hopefully she will be planning a ski trip there this winter for me.

I have used Nikki to plan several of my trips and she always goes above and beyond. Whether it is a romantic trip with just my husband, family trip with the kids or a couple’s trip, she always presents options that fit the purpose of the trip. Ex: relaxing, sight-seeing or adventure. I asked Nikki to plan a weekend trip to New York City for 4 couples and I’m sure she spent hours working through all the details. Nikki made our traveling experience so much easier than doing it myself!!! She helped us get our Cruise tickets, get the best deal, and looked things up when we had questions. She was so patient with me too!!! She helped me with insurance and transfer from our cruise ship to the airport. She paid for it all with my credit card and made it so easy and sent me all the confirmations. It was so so so much easier having her at the helm making sure all the I's were dotted and T's crossed.
