Transfers to and from the airport and ship were excellent. The ship was great, service good, food good. We have been to Alaska before so saw a lot of the same things. We did see whales and some sea otters. The only drawback of the trip was the Seattle airport and if was probably the worst most disorganized airport I have ever been to. Other than that the trip was great.

Nikki was phenomenal planning a cruise for me and my 2 teenagers! She answered my endless questions with patience and excitement. You can tell she loves for people to enjoy their trips! She checked in before and after our cruise. She also responded when one of our suitcases didn’t show up in our room by evening on the first day. Wow, our trip to Big Sky Montana was amazing thanks to the planning from Nikki. She recommended Big Sky when I told her I wanted to go out west for a summer family trip. She literally takes care of everything, the room, the rental car, dinner reservations and the excursions. Hopefully she will be planning a ski trip there this winter for me.

I have used Nikki to plan several of my trips and she always goes above and beyond. Nikki made our traveling experience so much easier than doing it myself!!! She helped us get our Cruise tickets, get the best deal, and looked things up when we had questions. She was so patient with me too!!! She helped me with insurance and transfer from our cruise ship to the airport.
