We had a wonderful experience working with Kaitlyn while planning our Alaska cruise and Seattle vacation. From the very beginning, she was highly involved, attentive, and committed to helping us create the best possible trip.
When we started considering changes to our original travel plans, she was incredibly supportive and flexible. Not only did she quickly adapt to our new ideas, but she also helped us see that making the switch would actually be a more financially beneficial option. Her guidance gave us confidence that we were making the right decision.
Because our time was limited, her recommendations were especially valuable. She provided excellent suggestions for activities in Seattle, helped us choose the best areas to stay, offered hotel alternatives, and guided us on car rental options to make the most of our visit.
What truly stood out was her dedication throughout the entire trip. The trip went very smooth. Royal Caribbean cruise line was efficient and friendly. Excellent service. Katelyn anticipated our every need and resolved them before we had time to worry about it. We spent several days on Royal Carribean’s Utopia of the Sea. We had a Jr Suite balcony that was extremely spacious and clean. Overall Fantastic getaway!
