Japan Travel Agent Expert

I wanted to write regarding my agent Tammy Suhetskis in regards to a hotel for our anniversary that she had recommended to me. You went beyond the call of duty to ensure we were upgraded and our anniversary was being celebrated at the property. We thought this was very kind of you, to go to all this trouble. Because of your kindness, we feel that we will use you every single time we book a trip, and definitely recommend you to our family and friends.

Tammy not only was able to "guarantee" an early check-in and "late-checkout", but got us upgraded and a welcome amenity was waiting in our room upon arrival. She also arranged for a "Mink Teddy Bear" (my wife's favorite and she collects them), to be placed on our bed upon arrival with a dozen white roses (her favorite), with a personalized note from Tammy, saying happy anniversary and thanking us for our business. I have NEVER had this experience with any other travel agent in the past 60 years I have traveled.

Thank you Tammy!

Tammy is a great communicator and went above and beyond to help schedule flights for our team

Tammy has not only handled my corporate business trips, but also my families vacations, booking not only family reunions, but setting up CLASS REUNIONS, conferences, villas, private chefs, private drivers & translators, recommending "outside the box" ideas to do such as "Food walking tours", "Perfume Factory tours outside of Paris that impressed me so much and NEVER witnessed someone so knowledgeable domestically & internationally as herself. She is EXTREMELY detail oriented and very precise to drill down to EXACTLY what I (we) may be looking into. Tammy has the most outstanding skills in very difficult situations & possesses the BEST problem solving skills I have EVER seen in the travel industry. Her skills of "problem solving" are definitely worth commending on, because even if she "can't" solve a problem situation, I assure you that she will do EVERYTHING in her power to do so, and keep the client informed from the beginning of the call, to the very end! THANK YOU TAMMY!

Tammy Suhetskis is a very competent and professional agent. Whenever I needed to make reservations for air, hotel, car service or other special travel arrangements, Tammy has always been available to quickly and efficiently make the reservation and/or help make recommendations when needed. Tammy's friendly personality makes it a pleasure to work with her.

It has been my extreme pleasure to work with Ms. Tammy Suhetskis for my upcoming trip to Europe. It was such a pleasure to have contact with her from the initial preliminary discussions up to our final plans. I truly believe she "went the extra mile" to understand our needs and work diligently to find solutions. It appeared to me that she even took her own personal time, having called us from both home & on her days off, to make sure we were satisfied.

It will certainly be my plan to always use Tammy for all of my future services that I have. You should be quite proud of this employee.

Sincerely,

Dr. Jerrold Glassman
