I’ve journeyed through 39 U.S. states and 8 countries (and counting)! As an ICF Associate Certified Life Coach and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I specialize in wellness travel and designing transformative retreats.

My destination expertise includes Aruba (Aruba Certified Expert – ACE), Belize, Barbados, Dominican Republic, Florida, Jamaica, and Mexico. With access to trusted industry resources, I can curate meaningful experiences anywhere your heart leads.
