I have used Janette and Phil Perry as my Travel Agents for 3 individual trips. I found her with a reference from a family member who had traveled to Alaska. In 2023 she helped pull together a trip to Norway, Scotland along with an Atlantic crossing back to NYC. She gave lots of options, so we were even able to do a few side trips on our own. She uses an App called Unmapped that coordinated the airfare, hotels, tours, etc. so put all the details at our fingertips! Everything went smoothly except for the fog when sailing into New York Harbor. She tried but even she couldn't control the weather! Just back from Alaska (cruise) and then on to Greece in 2025. Janette and Phil are my "Go To" for making it happen.

Phil and Janette were absolutely wonderful, and provided excellent care from start to finish. Our first cruise and there were so many details that I would never have thought about, so many things I didn't know. They provided the support to navigate the decisions and help with timelines, procedures, sending timely reminders, always willing and available to answer questions and meet .
They knew what kind of rooms would work well for us, suggested activities, and had so much other helpful knowledge. I can't rave enough about them!

Janette and Phil have gone over and beyond more than once for us. The one that sticks out in my mind is the one when we came back from a Transatlantic Cruise and my husband was very sick. He was admitted to the hospital on the day we were to fly home. In a panic, I called Janette and Phil. Calmly, they comforted me and scheduled a rental car, a hotel near the hospital, and got our flight changed. This was able to put me in a position where I could focus on and attend to my husband. Later on they got our flight changed again. The remainder of the time in Florida with my husband in the hospital went very smoothly. I can't thank them enough for all they did for us.

Thanks in large part to Janette and Phil Perry's expert recommendations and assistance, my trip with my husband to Germany and Crete was wonderful! From the initial planning conversation through receipt of our final travel itinerary the Perries were very responsive to our questions and patient when we made changes to our plans as we sorted through the trip options. When we did an Australia/ New Zealand / Trans Pacific trip and the New Zealand leg was canceled (by RCL) Janette and Phill helped us find last minute accommodations.
