Courtney went above and beyond to get is the best deal for our trip. She was attentive and always available to answer and questions and to handle any issues that arose during our travel. She found us a room when we unexpectedly had to spend the night due in a stop due to a flight cancellation/change even though she was on a work trip herself. She was kind when dealing with lost luggage issues and consistently checked in with us during the entire trip. There was never any doubt that she knew just what to do for us.
