We needed 2 hotel stays because of dates and timing and wanted to go to Universal, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay and Epic Universe for all 6 of us! We loved being able to book in advance with a deposit that allows us to save for our trip but have it booked well in advance. Leeanne is on top of the reservations so that you don't have to worry about when the time frame opens. She does her very best to accommodate all requests and is always proactive. Leeanne was amazing from the start. We started planning our trip 10 months in advance to Disney World. We had zero experience with Disney, and it seemed so overwhelming. She was there each step of the way, taking the stress out of planning. Leeanne listened to what we wanted to accomplish on our trip, and she made it happen. When we were on our trip and fell ill, she even called to check on us. I honestly would not have been able to plan this trip without Leeanne. I will definitely reach out to her again when we are ready to plan our next big trip. She really is the best!

Leeanne doesn't leave any detail out when planning a trip!!! She is a life saver when it comes to the overwhelming process of planning Disney! She listens to all interests of all members of the family and provides multiple options to choose from. Leeanne is SO organized and helps keep everything on track and moving with the planning process. She is FULL of the BEST advice because of her experience. Leeanne - has been assisting our family for about 5 years now and I do not think we could ever do it without her. She has become part of the family :) at this point. I have no hesitation to recommend her services to anyone I know if asked. She has planned bday trips, anniversary trips, family trips...she goes above and beyond expectations. I call her our "pocket pixie"! Recently she helped with a trip I wanted to do with my wife for her Bday. I told her I wanted to do a Disney and Beach type trip. She came back with 2 options, Universal with add on's and then Disney with a trip to Discovery cove. Once decided, She reserved the transportation, the spa day, our day at Discovery Cove, WDW tickets, meals, and our after hours special event. Heck - she even met us a few days and one was a surprise for my wife for them to see one another. We would be lost without her and if there is one person who is perfect for their job, she is the epitome of what you would want!
