Unico is very nice. Even though it has 104 rooms it has a boutique vibe. The service is exceptional and the food is very good. It wasn’t over crowded at the pool(s) and the servers were very aware of when you needed something. I hung out at the roof top pool/bar which received great sun in the afternoon.

Carolyn helped us plan a wonderful Hawaiian vacation while we continue to celebrate our 40 anniversary. Our celebration started last summer with an Alaskan trip that Carolyn also planned for us. In Hawaii, we spent time on Kona, Kauai and Oahu so it was quite a complicated vacation. Carolyn found wonderful places for us to stay at all our destinations that fit our needs perfectly. We had some issues with our inter Island flights that Carolyn was able to straighten out quickly despite the time difference. It was nice to know we were not on our own when things didn't go perfectly.

We had an amazing trip to Punta Cana, DR. This is at least our 5th all-inclusive in warmer climates (Mexico, Costa Rica, DR) and just LOVED it! The accommodations were luxurious - amazing golf and spa - but of course the best is the natural beauty of surf, sun and sand. Our college sons also had an amazing time! Perfect blend of activity (sand volleyball, disco, gym, entertainment) and relaxation (swim-up bar, beach cabanas, and so much more). Add a few fun excursions (dune buggy, cenote swimming) and we have captured many wonderful memories. We worked with Carolyn on a 60th birthday trip to St. Lucia, and I can’t recommend her enough. When we first started, we weren’t even sure on the destination or how many days we wanted to go, and she was so patient with us every step of the way. Stress free seamless vacation with direct flights for spring break! Tried Beaches with kids last year, discussed some things we’d like in addition to what we had in Jamaica. Originally booked in Jamaica again, but Carolyn was able to switch our reservation to Turks and Caicos and arranged for my wife’s family to get a room also. She found us an upgraded room steps from the beach, two of the pools, and the food trucks for virtually the same price as Jamaica. We loved Turks and Caicos. Absolutely best beaches I’ve been on in Caribbean, the beauty rivaled Bora Bora (which Carolyn also arranged for us). She also was able to upgrade the flights for my family, which makes the trip for me. Overall, a wonderful experience as with every vacation that Carolyn has planned for us. Excursions through Viator were also excellent. Able to get a half day on private chartered 38’ “yacht” with snorkeling and site seeing. We used Carolyn to book a Senior (HS) spring break trip. There were a number of families all coming in at different times/days. We all had transportation to and from the resort, flights, hotel. Everything went really well. Carolyn checked in with us every few weeks leading up to the trip, the day before and after our trip was done. She was very detail oriented and fixed anything that was amiss. We had a fabulous time at a beautiful resort. It was a great trip to make our senior feel special. I approached Carolyn with the request that we wanted to travel with a small group to an all inclusive in Mexico or Caribbean for our daughter and her best friends senior spring break. Wow! Did she deliver! The resort she recommended not only was beautiful but also excellent service, fabulous food, safe, clean with lots of pools, free shuttles to sister resorts for beaches, more pools and restaurants to try and so many choices of restaurants! We flew from Mpls with a layover in Atlanta to Jacksonville and rented a car to stay in St. Augustine for a couple of nights. Then we went to Wakulla Springs Lodge and onto staying on the coast of Pensacola. A few nights in Panama City Beach and onward to Cedar Key. We were gone 15 days and ended the last part of our trip in Naples and Marco Island and flew out of Fort Meyers.
