Lori Birch was recommended to me by my coworker. I have planned many group trips in the past and they've all been stressful accommodating so many people but my experience with Lori was easier than if I booked for two! Lori was very patient with me when I was selecting the perfect resort to host my husband's 50th bday. She even recommended some that checked the boxes of my must-have list. Lori reserved the rooms, handle all the guest reservations without me being involved. She made it an easy and enjoyable experience. Lori went above an beyond also with assisting me in organizing a birthday dinner and balloons at the resort. She also coordinated all golf tee times for our guests.
