Angelle is a joy to work with. She’s behind the scenes working tirelessly to get you that coveted reservation or your preferred hotel room so that you don’t have to. She researches what’s available at various resorts and lays them out so you can compare & contrast them to make your best decision. If you don’t like any, she will go back to the drawing board to ensure you get the vacation you dream of. She offers suggestions on fun places to eat or shop, as well as ideas for things to do. You literally show up at your dream vacation w/o a worry. If you encounter a snafu, i.e, we had our rented stroller stolen, a quick call to her had her on it while we continued to enjoy our vacation. She had a replacement stroller delivered and everything was handled while we rode the rides at Disney. There’s no fee for this 5 star service, which is magical in and of itself. I highly recommend Angelle for planning your dream vacation wherever you want to go: beach, mountains, Disney, cruises, etc.

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade, right? While on our Florida family vacation, we got word 24 hours prior to leaving that we wouldn't be able to take the ship to the Florida Keys as planned due a pending storm. Not sure of what to do, we turned to Angelle (with a budget in mind). Within a few hours, she had options for us at Disney World. We had never stayed on the premise and was unsure of MANY things, but thankfully each step of the way Angelle helped. She would text me in the evening to remind me to get into ride ques (something I had no idea about) and was always available within minutes of my frantic inquires. She provided us not only with options but with advice rooted in knowledge about what was best to do and see. She truly saved our Florida vacation.

Angelle is wonderful to work with! She's very knowledgeable and friendly...even when I ask her a hundred questions before making a decision about a trip. :-) We've worked with her for multiple Disney trips and for a special anniversary trip and her recommendations have been great!
