About Me

Wahclella Falls/Tanner Creek - Bonneville Dam OR
Wahclella Falls/Tanner Creek - Bonneville Dam OR

I look forward to giving in-depth scope to your imagined travels. Not all adventure travel is alike, as your method of experience can range from river, small ship or expedition-style cruise, to packaged/guided tours onto independent touring via custom itinerary or self-drive/guided.  I'll ensure that your vacation investment meets personal, financial and sustainability objectives.

As both a solo independent and former business traveler, my assets include strong navigational logistics which are deployed for solid travel counseling and planning.  Plus, I am an adventure travel veteran who appreciates there are different levels of interests, outdoor/activity skills and basic travel preferences. If you expect experiential immersion into the landscape, people and history with action and activity in mind, rest assured I complement your pursuits with sustainable travel practices and supplier/destination relationships reflecting sensitivity to the environment, wildlife and local economy.

I work diligently to offer current and reliable travel experiences in:

  • USA, Canada & Caribbean
  • Central America (Costa Rica, Panama & Belize)
  • South America (Ecuador/Galapagos, Peru & Chile/Patagonia)
  • Europe (especially Ireland, Italy & Croatia)
  • Japan
  • Pacific islands (Hawaii, French Polynesia/Tahiti)

Whether an itinerary is packaged, self-guided or customized, there are a wide variety of approaches to exploring any land, its culture/history and native wildlife;   I'll help arrange your trip to reflect the approach you like best as well as an appropriate level of activity and adventure.

Not seasoned cruisers

We hadn't cruised in over 20 years so we solicited Carol's help to provide us guidance on making the right decisions. We were concerned about sea sickness but didn't want to purchase the most expensive room and Carol helped us choose the room that was positioned on the ship that very little movement was felt. Carol prepared and printed all of the paperwork detailing what to do with each item. Having the peace of mind knowing that she was just a phone call away if any issues came up put us at ease. She was very helpful with details that we would not have thought of. We would recommend Carol if you are looking for a travel specialist.
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends.
