Callie planned our trip to Disneyland to celebrate their 70th anniversary and boy was it a GREAT trip! My husband and I were in Disneyland for their 60th anniversary and wanted to go back for another special celebration. This time 2 of our friends joined and Callie's planning made it extremely memorable! Callie suggested the Disneyland Hotel and it was the best decision. We absolutely loved it. This was truly a Core Memory and a trip we will never forget.

We did a Princess cruise and were generally very satisfied. Callie was especially on point with communication. Our trip was in precarious position due to the Venezuelan operation. We were unsure if we could fly in to San Juan due to that. Callie immediately gave us many alternatives in case there was a cancellation of the flights and/or cruise. She was on top of the whole thing. Fortunately the trip went on. She's the best.

Callie was available at all times before and during our trip as we needed her help. We were trying heard leading up to our trip to add a second room (they were fully booked), and one opened up on Christmas. She went above and beyond and helped us get it booked on Christmas!

This was our 5th Disney vacation planned by Callie and they get better every time! From pricing out Disney resorts, adding transportation from the hotel, linking park passes, and answering all of the questions Callie does it all with ease and speed. This was an amazing trip. We booked Italy thru Callie with Tauck tours. This tour with Tauck was absolutely awesome. When we had itinerary questions or issues, we went to Callie and got quick answers as clear as she could get. The 2 items of minor concern with Tauck was the lack of a clear itinerary on days where they gave us open time and spending too much time on meals that could be better used to tour and see other spaces. Callie got 2 options for us to see the Dolemites and Verona on a privatge tour and hit a home run with Kensington. Our only complaint there was not having names and specific pickup times until late in the game for our guides and drivers. The tour part was great and once again when we had a concern, Callie clarified them and got us quick answers. We booked a cruise on Viking and linked it with /callie. There were no items thru the cruise. We got Callie to setup a day private tour of Athens , Greece and that was great and complete. We had been out 26 days so we ran out of gas ourselves. Our guide was very good (She probably gave us information overload). She adapted to our fatigue and took us to some alternatives that didn't require as much walking which was great. Again, getting more specific pickup times and names earlier would be nice. Callie has been so good, we have already referred several friends to her. I'd even do a commercial for her. She's the very best!!!!!!

Callie was an amazing help with our honeymoon planning to Sandals Halcyon Beach, St. Lucia! Hi Callie, You were great from our very first call! You really listened to what we wanted for this trip and quickly provided options that fit perfectly. You were always accommodating with our questions and any changes we had in mind, and your communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We absolutely loved all three places we stayed in Maine: The Kendall Inn – Freeport: Amazing stay! The owner cooked a homemade three-course breakfast every morning that was absolutely delicious. The home was spotless and cozy, and the location (about a 25-minute drive into Portland) worked out perfectly. We’d definitely recommend it! Acadia Inn – Bar Harbor: Super cute, tidy, and in a great walking location close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast and afternoon pastries were fantastic. The only small downside was parking—if you arrived late, you had to squeeze into a tight spot against the house—but it wasn’t a big issue since we had a compact car. The Harbor Inn – Kennebunkport: Beautiful and recently renovated! It was spacious, and the innkeeper was so kind and accommodating. Breakfast during the week was a European-style continental spread, and on the weekend they served a fresh frittata. Overall, we’d recommend all three of these bed & breakfasts to anyone visiting Maine. Callie was so helpful to us, especially during the early stages, during our planning for our group of 9 to visit Disney World. We hadn’t been with kids yet, so we had lots of questions about how things worked and sleeping arrangements and she was very helpful in answering all our questions. She was also helpful in helping us understand how the lightning lane system worked since there were so many of us and some who couldn’t ride certain rides. We were a little overwhelmed with all the choices of airport transportation and Callie recommended a private service that could fit all 9 of us, plus luggage and strollers, AND provide car seats. Generally our experience was one of the best of our lives. Our room was not ready until 4:00 PM and WE CONSIDER THIS UNACCEPTABLE. The variety and expansiveness, along with the all included was just amazing. The rooms, housekeeping , dining in general, pools, activities were outstanding. Callie's knowledge of the facility was EXTREMELY helpful! She is the best travel agent we have ever dealt with. Several items mentioned with Sandals on their survey, we would like for Callie to follow - up with a key contact she has at Beaches. 1) We were left sitting at our snorkel cruise. We checked in, were on the clipboard sheet, were sitting exactly where the desk told us and were not called , nor told the boat was leaving. (Tuesday 4/8, 9:00 AM Concierge snorkel). The excuses made were deplorable. we made a complaint on the App and were told they would follow-up and they failed to do so. Callie made everything about planning our trip so easy! She answered all of our questions, and she explained everything to us. She was so helpful, and we had the best experience booking our Disney trip through her. The next time I go, I will definitely be using Callie again!

Callie was available whenever I needed her with excellent recommendations. She assisted in every way, every step of the way and was even available during our trip. We did have a small scheduling hiccup but Callie was able to get it worked out for us quickly.
