Lorie was our Agent for our Trip to Australia, New Zealand and Bali. Booking everything was seamless and super easy. Lorie also provided us with plenty of information around immunizations we would need, Visa requirements and safety and travel advisories to look into before we left. In our 20 day trip, we boarded 9 flights, stayed at 7 hotels/villas in 3 countries and everything went off without a hitch. Lorie took care of everything and made the whole experience absolutely perfect.

On March 2nd, 2020 I left on my vacation to Orlando Florida with my family. Lorie handled all of the flight bookings as we already had lodgings arranged. My two grandsons flew down on March 10th so they could spend March break with all of us. Then Covid 19 was announced around March 12th and the severity was announced that the Canada/US border would be closed sometime around March 17th. Trying to reach the airlines was next to impossible and we spent over 2 hours on hold, as everyone was trying to change their flights. We were very worried we would be stuck in Florida. I contacted Lorie to see if she could help us, and she did. Spending hours on the phone helping us and all her other customers as well, she was able to arrange return flights for us all. We were so thankful and would not think twice about contacting Lorie in the future for our travel bookings. She is such a professional who really takes care of her clients.
