I’m not new to Disney, this was my 8th trip all the way from Australia! However I really wanted to take the mental load of planning off my plate and after listening avidly to Disney Deciphered for many years I decided to reach out to Joe. He was patient with my questions and always quick to reply, he booked everything to the letter of how I said I wanted it, the whole trip went smoothly with not a single snag. Great trip - great help

Joe was hugely helpful to us. I’m a planner and he was helpful to ask questions planning - and then came the above and beyond. Our flight back to Boston was cancelled due to snow storm and the next flight out was 2 days away. He called/texted in real time to sort out - and helped us change to a different (more cost effective) resort while also taking into consideration cost effective options for entertaining my kids for those now 2 full days. I could not be more appreciative for both the before - and then the during!

Looking for a cruise stateroom for 5 people was not simple to say the least. Joe had great advice and made searching and booking so much easier. We had a blast on our Royal Caribbean cruise to the bahamas. Inside the Disneyland Bubble

We had an excellent trip that included 3 days at Disneyland parks and 3 nights at the Disneyland Hotel. The park days were December 16-18 and we enjoyed the Christmas festivities. Joe was an excellent travel agent. He provided great advice and made sure that every part of the vacation was set up perfectly for our family. This is our third time working with Joe Cheung and he is very responsive to all of my questions and needs. Our family has been to Walt Disney World more than a dozen times and Disneyland twice before. The trips that Joe has scheduled for us have been much smooth and relaxing than trying to do it on our own. He also co-hosts a great Podcast - Disney Deciphered. Joe was great to work with! He is knowledgable, responsive, patient, and was attentive to my needs as a client. He went above and beyond to help make sure I did not miss any important deadlines and was super helpful and kind when I changed my mind about the hotel and guest count multiple times over several months. He even helped troubleshoot issues with Disney that were the result of my previous trip, which he had not even booked. Amazing Honeymoon!

I reached out to Joe to help plan a trip to Disney World after I listened to his podcast about planning trips to Disney World. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and approachable. The resort we initially booked ended up not being open due to Covid, but Joe was able to get us an upgrade to a Deluxe resort at no extra cost to me! While this is certainly the exception due to extreme circumstances, my wife and I will be forever grateful for the enhanced experience. Joe made himself available to discuss all aspects of a Disney world vacation: dining reservations, rope drop strategy, how to get on rise of the resistance (we got on), excellent dining recommendations, money savings tips, etc. Anything I could or couldn’t think of, Joe helped us plan for it. Something I also greatly appreciated was how Joe managed expectations. As a first time visitor to Disney—and during COVID no less—I really felt like I had all the info I needed to make the most of our vacation (we did!)

I can’t say enough positive things about Joe and our experience working with him! We decided to book a very last-minute trip to Disney World and I needed some help figuring out resort and room options for our large family. From the minute I emailed him, it felt like my family was his priority- he researched and gave me several options, then booked all of our reservations for us (even making a specific room type request that I never would have known to make). He was extremely prompt at answering every question I had (both before and during our trip)- it’s obvious how much he loves Disney and loves helping people. I totally recommend working with Joe and look forward to getting his help again on our next trip!
Also as an aside- his podcast Disney Deciphered is also extremely helpful in trip planning and teaching about all aspects of Disney.
