Very accommodating answering questions and getting quotes for multiple resorts, made sure ever the promised was taken care of and even got up at 6am because we ran into an unexpected issue at the airline, and stated in the phone until we boarded our plane. He cares for his clients.

Kyle made this trip doable for my wife and I. This wasn't one of those big vacation trips most people use an agent for but Kyle was more than willing to help us when I needed it the most! He arranged for everything right down to a wheelchair for my wife. Every detail was taken care of! Kyle was Great to work with and I will be using him again in the future!

Full 5 star experience working with Kyle. From start to finish he took care of us. Anytime day or night he was a text away and even called me to walk thru some things late the night before our departure. He helped navigate all the Covid junk, and all the extra work that comes along with that. I’ll use Kyle for all my travel needs!!

I have never worked with a travel agent before but after working with Kyle to plan my trip to Hawaii, I will never plan one without him. He made the entire planning process so easy. He asked about excursions I would be interested in and did a ton of research to find the best ones. The hotel he found was a great price and in a prime location.
