After searching two days for a last minute cruise, I reached out to Laurie and she quickly found me a better deal than I could find, and a plus- it was a balcony room. Carnival ended up charging us for some fees that were already prepaid. Once I contacted Laurie about it, she quickly resolved the problem.
It was our first time using a travel agent, and we will now being calling Laurie for all of our vacations.

I had to book a week at Disney for my a wife and my daughter Ariel during the AAU club nationals. I wasn’t sure what to expect booking through an agent, but she has years of experience in attending the park so she was able to guide us on how best to plan our down time around the track meet. The bonus you are getting with Laurie is that she is truly passionate about these destinations. If you don’t believe me, then simply looking at her collection of photos with different characters will convince you of the love she has for the park. She then goes out of her way to make it so you will end up loving it as well.

Laurie Whipp has worked with me to plan both a trip to Universal Studios and a trip to Disney World--both in Orlando, FL. I cannot tell you how seamless both experiences have been! She literally took care of everything--and with an incredibly fast turnaround time. I'm a single parent traveling with three teenage boys, so our requests/requirements changed several times when communicating/planning with Laurie. Each time, she quickly handled the changes, looked for the best deals/discounts, and was transparent about any additional charges associated with the changes we were requesting. She even provided us with tips on how to make the most of our vacations once we got there! Laurie is absolutely amazing. You will not be disappointed!

After the events of 2020 I desperately wanted to bring my kids on vacation and give them a sense of normalcy. I felt that Disney World would be a destination that was a perfect balance of an escape from reality and a place that took safety precautions seriously. Since we last went Disney has introduced a park reservation system and there are limited options for dining. Having a travel agent navigate this new system was invaluable. Laurie was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, and thanks to her we were able to get all the dining reservations we requested. She also recommended a hotel change, which was an excellent suggestion given the limited seating on the buses. I am happy to report that we had a wonderful trip and that the magic is still at Disney World. My boys are still talking about the trip and are asking to go again this summer.

Laurie made planning our Disney trip so easy! She booked three rooms and park passes for our family of 6. All of our rooms were in the same building and very close to each other, which made it very convenient for me to help out with our 1 year old grandson.

Laurie was amazing to work with. At VERY short notice, she was able to put together a rather complex mother-daughter trip to Europe. This trip would have been a logistics nightmare to put together and she did it with perfection. Our trip to Switzerland (multiple locations), Germany, Italy, and Ireland went off without a hitch. She listened to our requests and followed through on everything. She provided us with multiple hotels in each location to choose from and all the hotels were outstanding. If you get a chance to stay at Grand Hotel Villa Castagnola in Lugano, Switzerland, do it! Our flights were planned out to perfection and we received notification from her when there were any delays. I was able to enjoy this once in a lifetime trip with my daughter without having to worry about anything. This was the perfect trip because it was so well planned. I would highly recommend Laurie for your travel needs.

Laurie did a great job planning our travel and we are very glad that we asked for her help in planning our family vacation. We have not typically used travel agents but this is the 2nd time we have used Laurie and I can honestly say that I will not do it any other way moving forward. What makes Laurie so unique is how she knows about all of the little details about your trip, resort, travel etc that we just don’t know. These types of details around room placement, private transportation, restaurant quality at resorts etc are details you don’t realize until you arrive at your destination and its then you say – I’m glad Laurie planned it like this! . The last thing we wanted to do was spend that amount of money and not be entirely sure about the resort, quality etc – she removes that doubt.
. I highly recommend Laurie, I know the Jackson’s will be calling her again soon!

Laurie was terrific! Our family was planning this trip after a major health scare for my husband. We needed the family getaway, but I did not need the added stress of planning. Laurie made this trip so easy! She was very responsive to any correspondence, had great suggestions that fit the age of our child and family's interests, and was extremely helpful in getting those hard to secure reservations (e.g., Royal Table and Oga's Cantina). I would definitely recommend her and use her again.

She was very nice but had no personal connection, and did nothing extra to plan our trip. Basically she was just available for anything I told her to do. It was our first Disney trip with kids under 3, and she gave no suggestions, advice, tips, etc. All of her emails were 2 to 3 words and had no interest in planning.

I was very disappointed in the service. I even emailed the owner and instead of her taking over, she talked to Laurie for Laurie to ask me what she could do better. How unprofessional! Very very disappointing. She was nice, but not a good travel advisor or good with clients.

We have taken so many trips with Laurie that I have lost track but I always tell people I can't travel without her! Laurie was sooooo patient with us! We booked late, had changes, asked rookie questions and were generally high maintenance, and Laurie guided us through the entire experience with grace. She was also very helpful smoothing out our travel when flights were delayed; rebooking connections, transfers and the like. The trip was wonderful! The Disney part was amazing - specifically, the hotel (Riviera) location and quality was outstanding. The parks and the restaurants booking that you did ahead of time really helped - as otherwise we wouldn't have a clue what to start with. The VIP tour was, of course, fantastic. Also the document you send that explains how to get lightning lanes and other tips - was very helpful. By all means, our experience wouldn't be as good as it was without your prior planning and help. After the Disney World we went to Miami South Beach to enjoy the ocean. We stayed at the Betsy hotel which has an amazing location and dining. Thank you!

Laurie was great, booking cruise was easy, original plans were great but changed due to Delta Airlines which caused delays in going to Seattle and returning home to New Orleans. Getting Covid tested was also a problem. Appointments need to be made ahead of time and cost $125-$150 per test.
