Cruise Specialist

We had a wonderful time on our trip to Punta Cana. Our family had never done an all inclusive vacation before. Stephanie’s recommendation on where to go based on our preferences made for an excellent trip. Now my family wants to go again.

Stephanie was wonderful to work with for our family vacation to Jamaica! She took care of every detail and made the entire planning process stress-free. From travel arrangements to helpful recommendations, she truly thought of everything. Our trip was amazing, and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves knowing everything was handled. We highly recommend Stephanie to anyone planning a vacation!

It was such an amazing experience! Not only did Stephanie do exactly what we asked her to do with booking our reservations but she also gave us some great guides and pointers on how to make the trip even more amazing! This is a trip that we won’t forget anytime soon and we plan on going again next year!

This was our fourth big trip we have used Stephanie for, and we are never disappointed! She always has excellent recommendations, is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, and we recommend her to all of our friends and family. We, along with our children, will remember the trip for a very very long time!

Stephanie made planning our cruise effortless. She did all the research for the cruise, transportation parking & hotel accommodations. We just had to make our choices. This was very helpful but extremely appreciative! She walked us through every step, answered every one of my zillion questions with a quick & professional response. We had a wonderful time & had no issues with our vacation. I would definitely recommend Stephanie Coalson for any of your travel needs. Matter of fact I will be contacting her in a few years to plan our Alaska cruise!

Stephanie made it easy to book our 3-night stay at the Fort Wilderness Cabins (Disney World). And she went out of her way to secure reservations for us for one of the hardest to book experiences on property (Bibbidi Bobbodi Boutique). As local passholders who spend a hundred days a year in the parks, we know a lot about Disney … but we still rely on Stephanie because she knows WAY more about the resorts and accommodations than we do.

Stephanie helped our fam plan a cruise and we were so thankful for her insights and guidance! She was detail oriented, timely in the information she provided and super helpful along the way. We were really thankful for her and her expertise. Highly recommend using her for any upcoming travel!

Planning our first family cruise felt so daunting, but Stephanie made the process so easy! She’s so prompt to respond to questions, and sends emails to let you know what the next step in the process is. Absolutely recommend her!

I would definitely use Stephanie Coalson as my Travel Agent next time we travel. She is excellent. She is very responsive when you have a question. She is so helpful in planning your trip. We had a great time on our Disney Trip.

Stephanie was amazing at planning our trip, listening to our weird criteria, answering out 1000's of questions and making sure everything was accounted for. She promptly answered our questions and responded quickly. She took care of all the details so our trip could be as stress free as possible. She sent up tips and tricks to navigate Universal and made the overall experience amazing!! I have already recommended her to my family and friends and will continue to use her for all our future trips!

We had a great time on my 40th birthday cruise. It was 7 days of fun. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Stephanie was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to booking for us. She was prompt and responsive to any questions I had. We are a family of five, which sounds like chaos when setting up a week long trip, but Stephanie made the process so smooth. So thankful for her!

Stephanie did an outstanding job planning our Epic Universe trip! She took the time to understand what our family wanted, helped us choose the perfect hotel and ticket options, and shared helpful tips that made our visit so much easier. She stayed in touch throughout the process and made everything completely stress-free. Our trip was amazing, and we’re so grateful for her expertise and kindness. Five stars — highly recommend Stephanie to anyone planning a vacation!

I'm so thankful Stephanie was there to help me plan our first ever Disney World trip. I was so overwhelmed and had so many questions. She answered all of my questions and reserved our resort and meals. She even checked up on us while we were there to make sure everything went smooth. It helps to know that she also goes with her family so she really knows good tips and tricks for young kids.

Stephanie is wonderful to work with! Her coorespondence with you is prompt and specific to your needs. Stephanie guides you every step of the way from planning right through to the end of your vacation experience. She reminds you that she is always just a phone call away if something goes array...not that it ever does!! We will continue to use and recommend Stephanie for all of our vacation needs.

Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable about Universal and Disney. She planned a 5 day trip to include multiple parks at Universal and Disney. She coordinated everything and answered all my many, many questions with quick responses, even while we were at the parks. Greatly appreciate all she did!!!

Stephanie, did a great job planning a group cruise for a friend’s 40th birthday. I would use her again and highly recommend her for all of your travel plans.

Stephanie was a pleasure to work with and was on top of all of our needs! Thank you!

I hadn't been to Disney in about eight years and the last time I had gone, I only had one kid. Fast forward eight years later and now I have 4 kids. I put off going to Disney for so long, because just thinking of all the planning with multiple kids overwhelmed me. I reached out to Stephanie and the planning was stress free. She guided me every step of the way and even communicated with me while I was on vacation and had questions. She gave me so many tips and tricks and everything just felt effortless. I am already thinking of planning my next Disney vacation for next year with Stephanie.

We had the absolute best experience working with Stephanie as our travel agent! From the very beginning, she made the planning process incredibly easy and stress-free. Her communication was always prompt and clear, and her attention to detail was outstanding. Stephanie provided us with so many helpful tips and well-organized emails ahead of our trip, which made us feel well-prepared and excited. Every step of the way, she thought of everything, and it truly showed in how smooth our travel experience was. Thanks so much, Stephanie, for helping us plan the best family vacation—we couldn’t have done it without you!

Stephanie was very responsive and helpful. She took care of any issues or questions I had. Highly recommend !!

Stephanie is awesome! Super helpful and prompt with her responses and recommendations. Her travel tips were a gamechanger that made our first trip to Mexico seamless. We seriously can not recommend her enough!

Stephanie was always available for any questions regarding the booking and provided us with detailed information before during and at the end of our trip! She was awesome

Stephanie was absolutely amazing with her continuous help from the very beginning planning stages of our trip to even after we came home! She thought of every detail and made it such an easy trip for us, managing the international process, our resort details and flawless transportation to/from the airport! I was joking with everyone that she was my new BFF and I'm going to miss her thoughtful and prompt responses to all of my many questions!! Thank you so much Stephanie for making this amazing trip for us so perfect!

Stephanie was very responsive and helpful in her communication. Always professional and helpful. Was very thorough and detail oriented. Would definitely work with her in the future!

very accommodating, quick responses and gave plenty of helpful information into our traveling process!

Stephanie was so amazing and planned everything for us! I had such peace of mind knowing she was dealing with all the logistics and we got to focus on just enjoying our trip.

My wife and I celebrated our 25th Wedding anniversary last week. 6 months ago I did not at all what I was doing to even find a place to take her, let alone plan an entire trip. When I was given Stephanie's, it could not have worked out better. She walked me through the entire process, gave me realistic options (based on my budget) to choose where to take her, gave me her opinion based on her experiences, just an unbelievable job of listening and desire to make sure everything was taken care of. Thank you so much Stephanie!

Stephanie has once again done an amazing job planning our trip to Disney. She always makes sure our trips go smoothly and helps us solve any issues that might come up. I highly recommend her!

Stephanie was so helpful to us in planning our Disney trip. We had to postpone it due to hurricane and she handled it all for us. I am very grateful we had her. I would definitely use Stephanie again. Very nice and knowledgeable of Disney. We ended up going in February and it was a super fun family trip.

Stephanie saved us around $2000 for a trip to Universal Studios Orlando for a whole week. It was a huge upgrade from what we thought we could afford and great communication.

Stephanie is awesome from start to finish. I am using her expertise again for two trips coming up soon. We will return to the resort she recommended.

Stephanie is absolutely amazing. She is so informative and helpful. She is so knowledgeable about all things Disney. She was always available and very quick to respond to any question I had. She answered and offered suggestions. She did our dining reservations as well. She provides useful charts to help with lightening lane choices, as well as to decide which dining reservation is best for your family. She also offers her own recommendations which are always amazing. She even checks on you during your trip to make sure you don’t need anything and is always there if you have any issues. She’s just amazing and I cannot stop recommending her to everyone I know. I will never not book another trip with her. She books all of our vacations, no matter the destination!????????????????????

The process of booking was so easy. I loved having the options of resorts that she provided that fit our budget and preferences! It was so nice having transportation included in the booking as traveling out of country can be confusing! I loved the trip and would definitely recommend to friends!

Stephanie was AMAZING. She worked with us for months, helping plan around scheduling difficulties, budgeting changes, and made sure to always make sure she was sending us possibilities that our whole family would enjoy, thinking about details that I would have missed. She never once made us feel like we were annoying, though I’m absolutely positive some of my yo-yoing and newbie questions galore were likely eye-roll worthy at the very least. We happened to leave for our cruise the day after crazy devastation hit our area and she STILL made herself available to us when there was no power most anywhere in the area, and helped us correct a small onboard hiccup that the company we booked with had messed up on, sending us documents of proof of what she’d booked for us so that they would in turn correct the mistake. The kids (who are all homebodies) said these were the best days of their lives. This was the first time ever using a travel agent and Stephanie will be our go to next time.

This was our second time using Stephanie Coalson as our travel agent - and once again it was the best decision! Stephanie is patient in answering my many questions (because these are big purchases- I can’t have someone rushing me to just book something!), and she makes sure I know all the details before making those decisions. Stephanie also helped us navigate a cancelled flight and even helped us find a way to enjoy a second resort before leaving Cancun, which was cheaper than booking a new flight. I would most definitely recommend (and already have) Stephanie Coalson to be your friendly travel agent!

Stephanie was super helpful for my family and our last minute Disney trip! Made it so easy booking and very responsive! I’ll definitely recommend her to friends and use again for future trips!

We had such a wonderful experience working with Stephanie for our honeymoon in Europe! She took excellent care of us in finding hotels that were suitable to our travel arrangements. Additionally, she booked a tour for us in Portugal that was, without a doubt, one of the HIGHLIGHTS of our entire trip! Thank you for everything! You nailed it!

We had the best experience working with Stephanie! This was my first time using a travel agent and I’m never looking back. Stephanie listened to everything we wanted and needed in our first “big” trip with our young girls and NAILED it. Stephanie made every step of planning a breeze and was there essentially 24/7 to answer any questions. Planning a trip can be so overwhelming and having such a dedicated and knowledgeable agent made the process fun and in my experience, stress free. Thank you, Stephanie for everything! Can’t wait to plan the next trip!

She is amazing. So accommodating. Very informative. She knows so much! Literally a life saver and just takes the hassle out of planning our family vacations! I use her multiple times a year and recommend her to anyone that will listen to me!

Stephanie was wonderful from start to finish. Very thorough and patient with our MANY questions. She made my first cruise experience so, so easy. I cannot thank her enough for her help!

Our first time using a travel agent and we couldn't have had a better time! Stephanie booked our stay at Valentin Riviera Maya and we already can't wait for her to book our next trip! She was extremely patient throughout the process as she everything up, and then messaged a few times leading up to and during our stay to make sure everything was going well. She had everything handled, plus she gave us a ton of great information and tips that we wouldn't have known about otherwise. It was the most relaxation travel experience I've ever had. Cannot recommend using Stephanie to book your next vacation enough!

Who needs a travel agent?! YOU DO!!
Being a first timer with a travel agent I was skeptical to say the least! Who does this and doesn’t charge me? Is this a scam?
No folks- this was the best experience I could’ve ever asked for! Stephanie Coalson was attentive, patient with my questions, concerns and skepticism and NAILED IT! Our vacation was immaculate!! Beautiful rooms, hassle free transportation, information and clarity along the way so there were NO questions we arrived or left our vacation wonderland! If you are a skeptic like I was, I challenge you to try Stephanie for your next trip! You will thank me later!!

Stephanie made booking and planning a cruise stress-free! Her communication is fast and and her guidance was extremely helpful. We had a wonderful time on our Carnival cruise to Grand Turk and Bimini. We will be booking with her again for Spring Break ‘25!

We booked our first cruise through Stephanie and will do it again on our next cruise! Stephanie made it easy and she handled everything. It was a great experience! If I had any questions all I had to do was ask…..anytime of day or any day of the week and she helped answer all my questions and concerns.
I highly recommend letting Stephanie book your next cruise!

This is our 4th or 5th time using Stephanie to plan our vacation. I highly recommend! Stephanie is always prompt in responding to questions before, and during your vacation. We will continue to use Stephanie for future vacations!

Stephanie did an amazing job helping us plan and booking everything for our trip to Disney. Stephanie was quick to answer any questions that we had, and is incredibly helpful any time issues come up during the trip. This is the third trip she has planned for me and my wife, and we will be back again whenever we plan another trip!

I really enjoyed working with Stephanie, she was so knowledgeable and answered all my silly questions from accommodations to travel to safety, and was so great about working around the (ever-changing) requests of our group. This was my first time working with a travel agent and it really made the whole process stress-free and easy! Couldn't recommend it more.

Stephanie was such a great help! She was available at all times and answered any doubts and questions I had with reasonable timing! I would definitely recommend her to all my family and friends as a great travel agent. All my next major trips I am going through with Stephanie. Thank you for picking the perfect area and hotel for my honeymoon!!

Stephanie provided exceptional service from beginning to end! She was amazing to work with and was always available to provide advice and answer questions. She made our booking process a breeze and was consistently efficient and reliable. We will definitely use her service again!

Stephanie has planned a couple trips for us and all of them have been wonderful!! From Sandals, to Universal, and to most recently a Norwegian cruise, she has done it all! She has saved us money and constantly has found deals even after booking and applied them to our trips! She has been very attentive provided tips and tricks for every trip we’ve been on! She has also has answered numerous questions for us and made travel fun! Lastly, she has taken the stress away from planning a vacation and allows us to tell her our idea for where we want to go and handles the rest! For this Type “A”/ Type 1 person, she’s an absolute dream! Ready to plan our next one!! 🙂

We had a great time at Disney World in Orlando!! Much of this can be attributed directly to Stephanie Coalson at Travelmation. She provided help for accessing and using Disney Genie and Lightning Lane to access rides that would have otherwise been unattainable. She also helped with Disney’s photo pass which allowed us to get some great photo memories from our trip. I personally want to thank her for answering all my questions and setting my mind at ease and being there for us before and even during our trip! We definitely recommend her assistance to anyone who wants to enjoy a worry free trip!

We love booking our trips with Stephanie! She's so helpful and knowledgeable.

Stephanie helped make our family Disney trip a legendary experience! She walked us through our options and made sure all of our reservations were locked in when the booking windows opened. Absolutely essential!

Amazing!!!

Stephanie was amazing. She was helpful and kind and knowledgeable.

She was super helpful and found us the best deal! We will definitely use her again!

Working with Stephanie made planning our trip fun and easy! She helped us plan our honeymoon and as an already stressed out bride, I was so happy to find someone that made the process so easy! We had a fantastic trip and can’t wait to book with her in the future.

Stephanie works so hard for her clients and my trips through have become memories for a lifetime!

Stephanie was amazing to work with. Any questions that I had she got back to us with answers in a timely manner (even the nonsense questions). I felt very confident in our transportation and hotel stay because of her!

Stephanie went above and beyond to get us a great deal! She was always readily available for many questions.

Stephanie was great to work with. She was quick to answer emails and provide pricing. I have been to Disney quite a few times but having someone to arrange everything for you is so helpful!

Stephanie was great to work with! She helped us book an amazing trip in our budget, answered all of our questions, and got back to us very quickly any time we had a new question! We enjoyed working with her!

Stephanie was fantastic. She helped answer all questions I had while planning the trip, getting ready, and even while I was on the trip. I would absolutely work with her again for future trips.

I had been looking for an inexpensive suite that my family (6 adults, 1 teenager) could stay at while visiting Disney World. The cheapest place I could find was $1,600 for 6 nights, and 2 of the 3 rooms only had Double beds (not queen beds), and our teenager was going to have to sleep on the couch.

A friend suggested Stephanie, so we e-mailed her, and within a day she found a suite/townhouse 20 minutes from Disney that had 1 King, 2 Queens, and 2 twin beds (4 rooms total) for 900!! The townhouse was a little dated (1990s), but it was incredibly clean, very quiet, super comfortable, and had everything we needed including a pool & a small gym. We ended up paying $150 for fees and $100 for Disney parking, but that still gave us a $450 savings!!! Plus we got a better room situation overall.

Not only did Stephanie find us a very good place at a great price, but she also went the extra mile and made sure we had tickets and knew everything we needed to know to go to Disney.

She was prompt, always willing to help no matter the day or time!

Stephanie has made the experience of booking our Disneyworld/Universal trip so easy and stress-free. I always felt she had our best interest at heart and would recommend things she, herself, would do. She was so knowledgeable about the parks and what to bring and what to expect and had great tips for us. I truly believe if we didn't have her help, it would have been a more stressful, and "rockier" trip, lol. She was always quick to respond to any questions I may have had. And she's free! Her services are invaluable.

This was my first time using Stephanie Coalson as a travel agent as well as my first time going to Disney in over 10 years. She was incredibly responsive and helpful, as well as patient and a great resource for all of my questions. She relieved some of the stress that often falls on me as our family "vacation planner" and it made the entire experience so much more enjoyable for the whole family. I have recommended her to multiple friends and would definitely use her again! It was definitely a trip to remember and we made sweet memories to cherish for the rest of our lives.

Stephanie was SO helpful in planning our trip to Disney! She helped navigate through the craziness of traveling during COVID, even rescheduling after our family had a COVID exposure and had to postpone the trip. She was easy to work with, prompt in booking everything we needed, and had great travel tips! Have highly recommended Stephanie to multiple friends planning trips!

Beyond impressed! I started as a Disney newbie and with Stephanie’s patience and guidance, we wrapped up our trip feeling like pros! Her time answering questions (and I had a lot of them), covering of all of the little details, answering more questions, directing us to the special events to make the magic truly come to life for my kids, and guiding us every step of the way once we arrived; they all made our trip 10/10!

Stephanie was amazing! Even with all the craziness and changes with Covid, she made the whole booking experience stress free! We can’t wait to be able to take our trip!

Stephanie was amazing. I was planning a Disney trip for 15 people! And I was in charge of booking for 7 of us. She helped me coordinate tickets for everyone plus a car rental, stroller, and wheelchair for my elderly grandmother. We had a few changes in park day and did her best to accommodate all the changes. On top of all of our needs she provided tips and tricks to park details and traveling in and out of parks. I would definitely ask Stephanie to help me with future travel plans.

I've done Disney twice, once with Stephanie's help and once with a different travel agent. The two experiences were night and day. Stephanie took care of every detail. She answered so many questions. She got up early and booked all of my dining requests and somehow managed to get me every reservation I had wanted at the perfect times. She is super knowledgeable and for the few things she didn't know, she found out for me very quickly. She contacted me before, during, and after my trip to make sure there wasn't anything else I needed and to see if my family was having a good time. She made the entire experience easy. I won't plan another trip without her help!

Always available and so fun to plan with.

Stephanie was an amazing agent for us. She stated on top of everything we needed especially with covid going on and kept us informed every step of the way. Most important for me was that she was very easy to get ahold of and I would have answers to all my questions within hours of asking. I never felt like I couldn't ask her a question or to look into something. Especially with one resort being closed and having to switch to a different island and resort because of it. I will absolutely be getting in touch with Stephanie again for our next trip.

Stephanie is, without a doubt, the best travel agent I've ever worked with. She not only booked our family an incredible Disney vacation, but also scored us incredibly cheap flights and went the extra mile in recommending a hotel for our stay the night before our flight (she knows we have little kids!).

One of the highlights of working with Stephanie is she's so attentive to detail. As she got to know us, she knew what we were most passionate about and made recommendations on what she thought our girls would enjoy. She walked us through the pros and cons of different resorts, restaurants and parks.

Being a Disney newbie, it was an entirely different experience this go around from when I planned our family's first Disney trip. Stephanie knows the parks like e the back of her hand, and was an incredible resource.

I could tell I wasn't just a 'client' to her, but felt like a new friend. I'll never plan another vacation alone. For now on, Stephanie's our go-to girl!
