She was absolutely amazing. Our trip was flawless thanks to her help and planning. I will never go to Disney without using her. She helped me in ways I didn’t even know I needed until I was there. Once we got to Disney she was always available and answered all of my silly questions about transportation to the parks and everything. I cannot rave about her enough. I will be regretting her to every person I know. She does an outstanding job.

Captivating Cruise!

Perfect Getaway with 5 Young Kids

Stephanie made it easy to book our 3-night stay at the Fort Wilderness Cabins (Disney World). And she went out of her way to secure reservations for us for one of the hardest to book experiences on property (Bibbidi Bobbodi Boutique). As local passholders who spend a hundred days a year in the parks, we know a lot about Disney … but we still rely on Stephanie because she knows WAY more about the resorts and accommodations than we do.

40th Birthday Cruise

A Magical Disney Experience

I hadn't been to Disney in about eight years and the last time I had gone, I only had one kid. Fast forward eight years later and now I have 4 kids. 25th Anniversary

Stephanie is absolutely amazing. She is so informative and helpful. She is so knowledgeable about all things Disney. She was always available and very quick to respond to any question I had. She answered and offered suggestions. She did our dining reservations as well. She provides useful charts to help with lightening lane choices, as well as to decide which dining reservation is best for your family. She also offers her own recommendations which are always amazing. She even checks on you during your trip to make sure you don’t need anything and is always there if you have any issues. Best Family Time We've Ever Had

Stephanie was AMAZING. She worked with us for months, helping plan around scheduling difficulties, budgeting changes, and made sure to always make sure she was sending us possibilities that our whole family would enjoy, thinking about details that I would have missed. She never once made us feel like we were annoying, though I’m absolutely positive some of my yo-yoing and newbie questions galore were likely eye-roll worthy at the very least. We happened to leave for our cruise the day after crazy devastation hit our area and she STILL made herself available to us when there was no power most anywhere in the area, and helped us correct a small onboard hiccup that the company we booked with had messed up on, sending us documents of proof of what she’d booked for us so that they would in turn correct the mistake. The kids (who are all homebodies) said these were the best days of their lives. This was the first time ever using a travel agent and Stephanie will be our go to next time.

Family Vacation to Mexico

This was our second time using Stephanie Coalson as our travel agent - and once again it was the best decision! Stephanie is patient in answering my many questions (because these are big purchases- I can’t have someone rushing me to just book something!), and she makes sure I know all the details before making those decisions. Stephanie also helped us navigate a cancelled flight and even helped us find a way to enjoy a second resort before leaving Cancun, which was cheaper than booking a new flight. A trip we will never forget

Our first time using a travel agent and we couldn't have had a better time! Stephanie booked our stay at Valentin Riviera Maya and we already can't wait for her to book our next trip! Great Disney Trip!

We had a great time at Disney World in Orlando!! Much of this can be attributed directly to Stephanie Coalson at Travelmation. She provided help for accessing and using Disney Genie and Lightning Lane to access rides that would have otherwise been unattainable. She also helped with Disney’s photo pass which allowed us to get some great photo memories from our trip. The perfect townhouse for our Disney vacation!!

I had been looking for an inexpensive suite that my family (6 adults, 1 teenager) could stay at while visiting Disney World. The cheapest place I could find was $1,600 for 6 nights, and 2 of the 3 rooms only had Double beds (not queen beds), and our teenager was going to have to sleep on the couch.
A friend suggested Stephanie, so we e-mailed her, and within a day she found a suite/townhouse 20 minutes from Disney that had 1 King, 2 Queens, and 2 twin beds (4 rooms total) for 900!! The townhouse was a little dated (1990s), but it was incredibly clean, very quiet, super comfortable, and had everything we needed including a pool & a small gym. We ended up paying $150 for fees and $100 for Disney parking, but that still gave us a $450 savings!!! Plus we got a better room situation overall.
Not only did Stephanie find us a very good place at a great price, but she also went the extra mile and made sure we had tickets and knew everything we needed to know to go to Disney.

I've done Disney twice, once with Stephanie's help and once with a different travel agent. The two experiences were night and day. Stephanie took care of every detail. She answered so many questions.
