Mike was an exceptional travel coordinator for our DisneyWorld vacation, and this trip truly reflected his expertise from beginning to end. Every detail felt thoughtfully planned, allowing our family to fully enjoy the experience without getting bogged down in logistics. The entire trip was seamless, and it’s clear that Mike understands how to design a vacation that balances excitement, comfort, and flexibility.
What stood out most was how well the itinerary captured the best of Disney for all of us. From unforgettable rides like Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind (which we rode four times!) to Tron, Tower of Terror, Rock ’n’ Roller Coaster, and Rise of the Resistance—every recommendation delivered. Adding PhotoPass was a fantastic suggestion as well; the ride photos have already become some of our favorite memories, and we’ll be laughing about them for years.
Our stay at Coronado Springs (Club Level) was another highlight. The suite setup was ideal for our family, with separate bathrooms and plenty of space. The views from the tower—especially being able to see Magic Kingdom fireworks nightly—were incredible. The Chronos Club access ended up being a huge perk, offering convenient, high-quality food throughout the day.
Mike also helped set us up with services that made a major difference in reducing stress. Mears Connect was absolutely worth it—smooth, reliable, and completely hassle-free. Not having to think about driving, parking, or timing after long park days made the trip significantly more
Overall, Mike delivered an outstanding, thoughtfully planned vacation that exceeded our expectations. I could never imagine having done it without his help and expertise! We would absolutely work with him again and will be recommending him to friends and family without hesitation.

I highly recommend Mike to plan your Disney vacation. I didn't have a clue on what we wanted to do or where we wanted to stay. Mike's organization and attention to details were evident in the first email he sent about our trip. He makes himself available by email, phone, and text, which is very convenient. Mike included suggestions for rides and shows that he thought my daughter would enjoy, and even suggested snacks and where to get them. He made sure we knew the best routes to get to where we were going, and even suggested changing our itinerary so we weren't spending too much time on transportation. Mike was recommended to us as somebody who could help plan our break in Orlando. We found Mike to be extremely knowledgeable and honest in his assessment of what to see and where to go. Mike took care of every detail from booking the parks and restaurants to making recommendations for attractions and even individual rides considering wait times etc. Mike was also spot on in his recommendations of places to eat. Working with Mike was fantastic! From the start to the finale, he was calm, level, and kept things simple while building out a complex and fantastic trip of a lifetime for us! We not only stayed in a premier resort- but we had a room close to the entrance at a resort with a massive footprint, great for small kids. We were given tips for each day based on our park tickets and plans. He secured hard to get reservations and we had incredible table seating at shows. No detail was spared and we count ourselves so lucky and grateful to have found a planner as focused and capable as Mike!

We have worked with Mike a few times now and he is always attentive, diligent and responsive. He helps us determine the best timing of travel as well as park highlights and "must sees"! Our family needs are similar to many with young kids- just have to stay patient and flexible. While he encourages the benefits of staying on property, he is never pushy and understands our current relationship with a large hotel chain. He is also very communicative especially when reviewing dining selections. Mike keeps us updated in a timely fashion- - He is very knowledgeable and gives great guidance as a Disney expert, checking in with you periodically even during your trip! Few things are better than a travel agent who does his research, knows the location inside out, and also has a gift for planning the perfect celebration? That agent is Mike Tiemann!!
Mike gave us a plan, and the plan worked beautifully. There’s is nothing more frustrating that being on a BIG vacation and standing around wondering where you should go and what you should do. This was NOT that kind of vacation. Mike planned our activities and meals and inserted ample time to explore and discover as our curiosity led us. He provided prompt answers to questions on site and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Recommendations for hotels, restaurants, attractions, short cuts and avoiding lines (we didn’t stand in one line!!) all make for the perfect Disney vacation. Thanks Mike - we came home with happy hearts and lots of memories!!

My girl and I got the chance to sneak out for the day—just the two of us—and explore all things Harry Potter and Universal. We had such a great experience and found it truly magical. Mike was incredible to work with. He was on top of all the reservations, experience and latest news from the parks and resorts. It was nice to really leave the details to Mike and enjoy the time with my family. Mike is a true expert when it comes to Disney. Mike thought through EVERYTHING. not only did he help us book our cruise but he took the time to price our renting a car from the hotel vs. getting an Uber. Once we got on the plane we didn’t have to think through a thing. Mike did all the details and we only got to have fun! We will never book our own trips again. Mike is the best.
