She also informed me of several special events and attraction options happening at the parks during our stay that I would not have known of, and helped us strategically plan each park reservation accordingly. Kelly will get you where you want to go! She loves travel & it shows. She was available when we needed her for questions (especially with COVID travel tests) and she was very thorough, friendly and gave great advice. We were initially traveling with a larger group of 30. But,something unexpected happened and the group changed dates. We did not change with the group because of our schedule so it ended up just being my husband and I traveling. She rearranged everything for the entire group & was very helpful and accommodating! I wanted an upgrade in a guest room and she delivered on that too. It was a great experience working with her. She even took the time to work with me while celebrating her sons 18th birthday because we needed to get our testing & TCI forms submitted that night. Our resort (Beaches) was amazing. We enjoyed the food, entertainment, the warm weather, snorkeling trips, sailing and seashells. This vacation was just what this COLD South Dakota couple needed in January.

Kelly Erpelding was wonderful to work with! We went to the Dominican Republic with our family of 4 plus another family (both with small children). Kelly made our trip planning such a breeze. She promptly replied to our many emails and questions…especially with COVID going on. We told her our wants/needs/budget and she found us the perfect resort that checked all the boxes. We didn’t have to do a thing. She sent us text reminders to do tasks only we can do (check in for flights, immigration/ emigration forms, shuttle details, etc). She touched base with us once we arrived at the resort to make sure everything was good. It was a wonderful trip, and so EASY thanks to Kelly. She put together an amazing itinerary and took care of all the details (transport/lodging/tours) and all we had to do was enjoy and relax and take it all in. 2 months prior she gave us research for each area for neat things to consider.
