Leigh Ann helped plan our Disney trip in May! She gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants around the properties and also some tips and tricks for our park days. She was very attentive to us and it was such a nice trip. She also booked our summer cruise on carnival and gave us all the recommendations for the new spot at Celebration key. Leigh Ann is always great to work with. She booked our Adventures by Disney Hollywood and Disneyland guided tour. As we were considering different options as far as arriving early and staying later than the guided tour, so she made sure we had reservations for those nights in the hotels of our tour hotels, and that we had transportation from and to the airport, since we arrived and left on different days from the tour. And she always finds answers to any questions we have about our trips. She gives us information ahead of time about the places we are touring that helps us decide what we may want to see and do on our own time on the trips, including tips on restaurants and hotels. She’s just always great to work with!

The wildfires happened and less than three months later we were expected to be in Lahaina. She took an amazing amount of time to talk to victims of the wildfire and owners of businesses to gauge if they were ready for visitors and tourists. She went above and beyond in every way to ensure that our trip was going to go as planned and scheduled. She worked with us to get all of our accommodations in order, but really she took the time to call and text. Her individual communication with Lahaina during one of their most devastating moments of their community is in surpassed. She rocked it in every way imaginable.
