We just got back from an amazing trip to Universal Studios and had to give a huge shoutout to Katie for making it all happen! She seriously took all the stress out of planning. From booking our resort to organizing park tickets and giving us super helpful tips, she had everything covered. The resort she picked was perfect—super clean, comfy, and really close to the parks. It was so nice to come back and chill by the pool after a full day of rides and walking. And Universal was awesome! I was having a difficult time with understanding the new digital aspects of navigating the parks, mobile food orders, the Genie Plus system and other items.
