Shannon assisted our party of 6 in a week trip to Disneyworld. After having to shift plans twice due to health emergencies, she accommodated us each time. Our family of 4, two children, a son 16 and daughter 13, recently went on a trip to Italy. Initially, we were trying to plan our trip alone using things we were finding online, in a place we had never been. After explaining this to a friend, she suggested we contact Shannon for help. Our friend had recently worked with Shannon on her trip to Africa and was thrilled with the results. Even though we had already planned our flights and hotels independently, Shannon jumped right in and helped us fill in all the holes to complete our trip. We were traveling to 3 different cities and needed transportation, suitable for our family, to each location, age appropriate interesting suggestions, access and guided tours to multiple landmarks, restaurant recommendations and reservation assistance. Shannon even confirmed hotel reservations, ensuring rooms were close to each other and was even able to obtain a fabulous upgrade at one of the properties. Shannon was also easily accessible by text or email for last minute requests and changes. We are already planning our trip for next year and, this time, will use Shannon from start to finish. We can't recommend her highly enough!

We were referred to Shannon by a friend for our first trip to Disney World. We had an amazing time at all the parks and Shannon helped book our rides during the day and our restaurant reservations. It was such a smooth process that when we were planning our honeymoon in Japan we went straight back to Shannon. We had the most incredible 3 week trip in Japan. She knew all the people to get us in touch with and we didn't have to worry about any of the little details. We got all sorts of fun add ons to our trip thanks to her planning. When planning a Hawaii trip for our family, we had not been there for 20 some years and wanted it to be special. I reached out to Shannon with a rec from a friend and she was great with helping us explore places to stay and things to do. She stayed in touch with us, even when we got busy and helped us stay on top of everything from making dinner reservations to planning excursions. There was a small glitch with our rental car when we arrived and even though it was the holiday week, Shannon was available to answer our calls and help take care of the situation from a far. She was always pleasant to work with and a great resource. If she didn't have an answer, she would take time to find it for us. What stood out for me, was her communication. Even if we were slacking on making decisions because it wasn't at the forefront of our minds, she gently would remind us of decisions we might want to make in order to not miss out on an opportunity. However, she was never pushy! I would definitely recommend her to any friend that needed a travel agent.

We asked Shannon to plan a last minute cruise for a little holiday getaway and she helped find rooms all in our preferences, on our perferred ship, and offered wonderful shore excursion ideas and tips as well as insight for transportation to/from the airport. We were so pleased with our recent trip to Mexico! My husband and I had not traveled out of the country in over 10 years and Shannon made it seamless for us! We even had last minute request that involved transportation for 14 people and it was taken care of for us perfectly! We appreciate her skills so much!

I can't begin to explain how much I love traveling when Shannon is my agent. I never have to worry about anything. I message Shannon and everything is taken care of. My husband and I always wanted to go on an Alaskan Cruise. That dream seemed impossible because I am handicapped. I am confined to a wheelchair and cannot use my arms or legs. Shannon never told us it was impossible, instead she worked tirelessly to help us achieve our dream. This included getting us a non stop flight to and from Seattle originating in Virginia. Also we needed a hotel room in Seattle the night before the cruise. I use a Hoyer Lift(patient transfer) to get in and out of bed and into my wheelchair, toilet, and shower. Shannon made sure all arrangements were taken care of. Shannon also helped with making sure our onboard stateroom was handicap accessible. She reviewed excursion choices with us and recommended what restaurants we should use our More at Sea Dollars with. Everything worked out wonderful. After planning a wonderful Disney vacation for our family, we reached out to Shannon again for a quick last minute cruise over Christmas. She helped narrow down our searches with no parameters to us very quickly changing pace and selecting a pretty full cruise and getting creative with splitting our rooms, finding ones adjacent and making sure our extended family members were happy with their cabin selections. She followed up every step of the way to make sure all excursions were booked, gave additional information on some of the ports, and followed up with any additional questions we had.

My wife and I worked with Shannon to plan our honeymoon. It was our first big trip together and we were very overwhelmed at looking at all the options for vacations and the different logistical pieces that needed to fit together in order to make it happen. We recently booked a Rhine River adventure cruise with Shannon, via Avalon Waterways. We had the MOST amazing vacation and were able to relax thanks to the excellent planning. We worked with Shannon to plan a trip to Disney World to celebrate our son's 4th bday. Boy, did we need her expertise and guidance! This was our 1st time planning a trip to Disney as adults on top of the pandemic. Shannon had answers to EVERY question - whether it was about park reservations, accommodations, COVID rules, restaurants, height requirements, etc. She created a custom itinerary that met the needs of our entire party (grandparents, parents, and our son) and provided great recommendations for our time in the parks -- even suggesting the flow of our day. When we faced hotel check-in issues with one of our rooms (not at ALL Shannon's fault), she took it upon herself to work with the hotel team and we were blown away with how it was addressed. We came home from the park the next day to complimentary gift baskets and personal notes from the team. Shannon was great at checking in with us throughout our trip and after our return. Can't wait for our next trip!
