This is my family's second time booking with Kellie, and she has done a phenomenal job both times. We are very happy with how easy she made booking and how willing she was to help with every detail. I reached out to Kellie just one month before we were hoping to go to Disney to celebrate our son's 10th birthday. She jumped right into action, and we were booked in just a day or two. We had a wonderful trip. Kellie gave us excellent information all along the way. We felt very prepared. She even helped us plan a day at Disney Springs that included all forms of transportation (my son's request) with some specific resort stops and mini golf. We started using Kellie about 4 years ago! It’s no charge to use her! I love planning my trips with her now! I’ve been to WDW around 97 times. Before Kellie I had to sit on hold for reservations, dining was hard to get what I wanted! I didn’t know about deals to save money! My cruises are easier to book! Kellie was amazing and so helpful. This was our 2nd trip to disney with kellies help. We went all out this time for my mom. We switched from garden to main tower at contemporary. Changed rooms multiple times and she was always so patient and happy to help! She made and got all the requested reservations from the beachcomber shack which was an absolute must for my mom to the various dinners to make for a memorable and special trip for my mom. There is no way I could have made this trip so special without kellie. One would be silly not to enlist kellies help...all for free!!! Kellie was never offended when I decided on something other than what she suggested and was happy to help secure the reservation ie scooter. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

Kellie was completely instrumental in pulling off our multi-family and multi-generational trip to Disney World. The 11 people in our group put their trip in Kellie's capable hands and everything went off without a hitch. A Stress-free Return to Disney World

Kellie's assistance to set up our trip saved my sanity!
I had not been to Disney World in Florida in 30 years and so much had changed. New rides, new ride bypass apps and rules, and new restaurants; it all seemed like too much! Kellie helped me to navigate what I wanted to remember from the trip and helped me prioritize my choices.
Kellie showed me options so that I knew where I wanted to spend my money and where I could save money. She made our restaurant reservations and answered questions about the park updates in the months leading up to our trip. She checked on us before we left and during our vacation as well.
The biggest relief was having her set up our transportation to and from the airport and between hotels. On our way to the airport, there was a significant delay in our transportation and she contacted the company for me to get me an update. We got to the airport and on our flight home on time.

Kellie was amazing! She helped us plan a trip of a lifetime to Disney invoking two hotels, all the parks, a cruise, and a Halloween party. She was knowledgeable, attentive, always responsive, and offered great suggestions. She let us know when promotions became available after we booked, which saved us lots of money! She made lots of good suggestions. Planned even the smallest of details. And overall was great to work with. She organized all our plans into an electronic trip planner that was super helpful. I highly recommend her!

First vacation to Florida the best vacation ever

From booking our rental car,(Kellie monitored the rates weekly and saved us over$150.00 from original booking price) 2 different hotels, park passes to Universal in Disney and dinner reservations. She was even able to get us into the queue at Disney for Tron and guardians of the galaxy.

Family Cruise to Cozumel

Kellie was very professional, extremely organized and always responded in a timely manner with our questions. Our trip consisted of 30 family members vacationing for 4 days on Carnival Valor. She did a fantastic job at organizing our rooms and dinner table sittings where the entire group of 30 was able to sit together at dinner and easily meet up when going to shows or hang out on the deck from our balcony rooms. Kellie stayed on top of room assignment changes and cancelation of reservations for family members that were unable to make it, assuring that refunds were received for those that canceled. Kellie made the entire process from start to finish easy and smooth. Any questions we had, whether they seemed dumb or not, she was always readily available to assist us and get the answer if she didn't already know it. We enjoy her emails for other vacation destinations which we are currently trying to decide what to get her to book next for us.

Kellie is amazing ! Even after we arrived at Disney and 2 days in to our trip she saved us by redoing plans to go universal and adding a day for Animal Kingdom. Kellie was able to get my boys into the light saber and droid build, and qued for the Garden of the Galaxy ride

I highly recommend Kellie for your travel needs! We did 2 days at Universal and 2 days at Magic Kingdom over Thanksgiving.
