My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Amber Cole to plan our Christmas getaway to Poland. I contacted Amber in the fall about wanting to take the trip just a couple of months after reaching out, which I knew was going to be a tight schedule for planning, and Amber made it happen! We were so happy with the communication, the options presented to us, the ease of accessing our itinerary, the tips and insights she was able to give us and the wonderful accommodations she presented. Also, I appreciated the video call she scheduled the day before our departure to ease any anxieties and answer last minute questions. She also arranged a concierge service to assist us should we run into any issues that was very quick to respond to my questions. It is clear that she is an expert in her field! She was so thoughtful with flight bookings like with seat and meal preferences, making sure we were best set up for our trip without any worry. Also, even with our trip falling over Christmas, she made a point to check in with me to ensure everything had gone smoothly with our arrival. We so appreciated her care. We would not have had the same amazing experience should we have tried to book this all ourselves (lol) and will definitely keep her in mind for any future trips and would eagerly recommend her to others.
