Where do I start. First, I would like to say thanks to Powerbest Travel Tour Consultant, Wendy Janisse, for all your due diligence on my/our behalf planning this wonderful cruise experience. Wendy made our cruise experience her first priority. We talked with her often expressing what we were looking for on our maiden voyage. Once we established a date and made our choice to travel on Princess Cruises, our ship Enchanted, now it was time to fine tune our trip. We decided with Wendy's advice to up grade our dining and beverage package. This was definitely a good idea. The restaurant's were outstanding. All beverages served were made to our satisfaction.

Wendy was able to coordinate our air travel so we arrived in Fort Lauderdale within a couple hours of each other.

Wendy used clear verbal and written communication of all the important flight information I was seeking at our initial contact and in all follow up contacts.
The financial aspects of the flight and her fees were shared honestly and clarified when I had questions and concerns.
She provided helpful emails throughout the process and also a physical document of my flight details when the booking was completed.
