No drama holidays at Walt Disney World

Walt Disney World during the Holiday Season is a TRULY magical experience. Some of my MAT client families want to enhance their holiday spirit, some choose to visit Walt Disney World during the holidays in lieu of a gift to their family- giving the gift of memories. I even have a few families that like to escape to Disney to avoid a little holiday drama at home!

Going to Walt Disney World at Christmas, or during the holidays does not mean going Christmas to New Years - the Disney holiday season typically runs from early November through the end of the year, and usually features:

• Incredible holiday decorations in both the parks and resorts, with some of the BIGGEST decorated trees you'll ever see
• Life-sized Gingerbread houses and installations
• Special holiday menus, snacks, treats and holiday exclusive merchandise
• Holiday light shows and overlays on Cinderella's Castle, the Tree of Life, The Hollywood Tower of Terror and Epcot's Spaceship Earth
• Favorite Disney characters dressed in their holiday finest
• Epcot Festival of the Holidays which includes presentation on how the holidays are celebrated around the world, and one of my absolute favorite events, the Candlelight Processional
• Holiday additions to stage shows
• Fun holiday ride overlays for select attractions
• The Merry Menagerie at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park
• Special holiday ticketed events like Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party or Jollywood Nights

And so much more. There are many different ways to experience the holidays at Disney with your family. I carefully craft a Disney vacation for my MAT families based on their specific needs while considering holiday celebrations at home, schedules and budgets.
