Half Moon Cay with Family

     Although I am relatively new to selling travel, I have traveled nearly my entire life. Early in my childhood I could always look forward to the family vacation trip. The family would venture out on the road trip taking dads so called, short cuts, which always led us to new and exciting adventures. Although we always joked about his shortcuts, I think he knew what he was doing. I have discovered a lot of the United States that others probably never saw or even heard about.

     In my teenage years we inherited a small motor home which added some more adventure to the travels. We traveled the U.S. from East coast to West coast and North to South. Although I cant claim to have seen all of the U.S. I know I have been to some of the most remote and enjoyable locations. Until joining the Navy we stayed in the infield at some of the greatest races to Camping in a well established resorts across the country.

     After joining the military I have ventured into international travel. Some not for pleasure but still was able to see and live in some countries I would have never gotten to see. I joined and was sent for a year to Memphis Tennessee for training before being stationed in Sigonella Sicily for over two years. After leaving Sicily I was stationed in Brunswick Maine for an additional two years. I then took a long break from the military which lead me back home to Indiana, Nashville for another five years, before moving back to Millington and meeting my Wife. I reaffiliated with the military which has taken me to Florida and now San Diego.

     I have traveled to other counties for the military which includes Dubai, Israel, Japan, Turkey, Greece, and Bahrain to name a few. On my down time we love to getaway and tend to focus on cruising. Going to Mexico, Virgin Islands, Jamaica, and the Caribbean. My travels are in no way over and am constantly looking for places I have not visited.

     After helping friends and family members set up their vacations and sending them to the adviser I was using, I decided why not do it yourself and starting researching on how to become a travel agent. After taking multiple classes, traveling more, and helping friends and family I am looking forward to continuing this venture in hopes of having a prosperous business by the time I retire.
