Autumn has been my go-to travel agent for more than ten years. She is a true professional who handles all my trip details, and follows through with my requests promptly and efficiently. I recommend her highly.

Autumn Cruse is an excellent agent. She is very easy to communicate with and responds almost immediately whenever I contact her. She is also very helpful in explaining things clearly and finding solutions to any problems that may arise. I am very pleased with her service and have already recommended her to several of my friends.

Autumn is friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Always available on line or by phone. If you have questions she will get the answers very quickly. A pleasure to work with

My wife and I have taken many trips over the years, with Autumn Cruse assisting us every step of the way. Her service has ALWAYS been extremely prompt, precise, with no errors. We have at times received email responses from Autumn when we thought she would not be at work, like on weekends or late at night. Autumn never fails.

She has been our Agent for many years and always professional and courteous. We cruise 4 to 5 times a year.

Being an old person I am not sure how many years Autumn helped us ,I think it was at least 15 years. She is a true professional ,always in time ,very effective and very helpful.

My husband and I went to Barcelona this last May where we boarded a wonderful cruise ship the Celebrity XCel and visited Italy and the French Riviera . Autumn did all the reservations plus the extras that we purchased, such as drink packages, WiFi etc. She’s been during the past 15 years a phenomenal travel agent with a lot of knowledge and great customer service. I highly recommend her as an agent for all your travel needs.

We have booked several trips, mainly cruises with Autumn and have received many great discounts.
