Mary made sure our arrival and departure with Club MoBay was reserved, she interfaced with the resort on our behalf if we had any questions, and she prepared us for international travel during Covid (which isn’t a walk in the park by any means!). Even with weather issues changing and delaying our flights in the days leading up to our trip, Mary was available to help us arrange other options and ensure we would be all set for our arrival. Upon our arrival in Jamaica, she even arranged for a chocolate covered fruit plate—she’s always going the extra mile!
