Hands down the best travel agent I have ever worked with! Brandy helped me plan my sons 13th birthday surprise to Universal with my whole family…which was 9 members!! After several emails back and forth to make sure all of us had the same plan for 6 days 5 nights…it was absolutely perfect! She was even available to take my phone call the day we got there and couple days after while we were at Volcano Bay to help with our express pass! She went above and beyond to make sure my family had the best time!! Highly recommend Brandy!! We will definitely use her again for our next adventure!!! Thank you, thank you thank you for everything!!!

Just the relaxation we needed

Brandy was very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She checked in with us and helped us from the time that we began planning our trip all the way through the trip and then again when we returned. She gave us peace of mind that truly allowed us to relax and enjoy our trip.

Amazing trip!

Brandy was amazing from beginning to end! I changed my plans 100 times. She consistently made sure all of my requests were completed and set up. She was available the entire time we were at Disney to answer questions and assist with unexpected difficulties. She was able to give us great advice on things to do and places to see. She was very knowledgeable of all of the parks as well as the resort.

A Travel Agent who Knows Every Detail!

Brandy was an amazing travel agent who worked on the small details to give us a great trip! She made sure to provide the essential information, but she really went above and beyond to make sure we understood things like the My Disney Experience app, ticket sales at Universal, booking/changing dining reservations, etc. She was always available to answer any questions within the same day. She even sent us some amazing cookies from a local bakery on day two of our trip! We absolutely loved working with Brandy.

Brandy was awesome. Very thorough with planning every step of our trip. Kept in touch regularly to ensure we were up to date with the plans of the trip, destination requirements, transportation setup, and Covid-19 requirements. Very organized and extremely on top of things. You will not be dissatisfied or disappointed with having Brandy as your travel agent. She makes the planning and stressfulness be non existent so you can fully enjoy your trip! I would highly recommend!
